IIM CAP 2025 registration process closed on January 23, 2025. CAP 2025 PI/WAT will be held from February 17, 2025, to March 22, 2025. Registered candidates can visit the IIM CAP official website, cap2025.iimbg.ac.in to book the IIM CAP slot. CAP slot booking window will be open till February 3, 2025, at 5 pm. At present 8 IIMs participate in the Common Admission Process. IIM CAP Registration: How to Fill-Step by-Step Process

The candidates willing to apply for the management schools under CAP, after the publication of the CAT result needed to go through the following procedure -

  • Visit the official website of IIM CAP.

  • Click on Register Now. Here you have to create an ID to register for IIM CAP 2025 using your mobile number and email ID.

  • For verification, an OTP will be sent to your registered email address or phone number.

  • After entering your OTP you will be redirected to a login page where you have to generate a strong password.

  • After generating the password the candidate will get a login window and you have to enter your ID and password and you will finally register for IIM CAP 2025.

IIM CAP Registration: How to Fill the IIM CAP Form 2025

In order to fill out the IIM CAP Form 2025 the applicants need to undergo the following rigorous process -

  • First, fill out the personal information page. On this page, one needs to fill in the personal details that have been given to the CAT 2024. The candidate needs to fill name, gender, category, and Bachelor’s degree, nationality, CAT Registration ID, and Date of Birth. At the same time, the candidate also needed to put in the CAT 2024 Score.

  • Once the personal information page is filled the candidate is directed to the communion address page. On this page, one must put the registered Mail ID, Mobile number, and parent’s name that was mentioned in the CAT Registration. One needs to enter a complete communication postal address with a PIN code.

  • In the educational qualification section, one has to furnish details of the applicant's educational qualification from class 10 onwards. The details required are Year of passing, Board/University, Marks obtained/CGPA, and Percentage of Marks. To substantiate academic performance, one needs to upload relevant marks sheets, certificates/degrees

  • On the work experience page of the IIM CAP 2025 Application form, one needs to furnish details of the work experience that the candidate gained over the years. They needed to put that down in reverse order. The Work experience of the last job should be at the top he latest work experience details should be filled in first and the earlier work ex details should come after wards. While filling up the work experience, please provide details of the Employment section, employer, Monthly salary, designation, period of work experience, and total days of work experience. The candidate has to upload the work experience certificate on this page.

  • If the candidate has any co-curricular achievement, the candidate should mention that in the next tab. The page requires one to fill Name of the achievement, category District, State, National, or International level, and upload the relevant certificate for the same.

  • The last part of the CAP application form requires one to complete the declaration and sign the form. The form is complete now and you should submit it online on the CAP website.

Candidates are not required to separately appear in PI-WAT for each of the participating IIMs as the scores of CAP are applicable for all the participating IIMs. The final admission offer to the candidates is released by the new IIMs based on their performance in the CAP round, CAT score, Academic Profile, diversity, work experience, and other individual selection parameters.
