TANCET MBA 2024 supplementary counselling begins on August 13. Earlier, TANCET MBA 2024 provisional allotment has been released on the official website. Candidates can check TANCET MBA provisional allotment through login and by using required credentials. Earlier, authorities has released TANCET MBA 2024 tentative allotment has been released for all eligible MBA candidates. One can check their TANCET MBA tentative allotment by login and confirming the allotment on or before August 10, 2024, till 5:00 PM. If a candidate fails to confirm their allotment, it will be considered cancelled. Provisional seat allotment will be released on August 11. Earlier, TANCET MBA seat matrix after differently abled counselling. Also, authorities have released the schedule of TN MBA supplementary counselling 2024 which will be held on August 13 and 14 at Government College of Technology, Thadagam Road, Coimbatore-641013.

TANCET Counselling 2024
TANCET participating institutes has released the required TANCET cutoff, which a candidate had to satisfy, and then they would able to participate in the TANCET counselling process. DTE Chennai conducts TANCET counselling process in online mode only. TN MBA admission includes counselling registration, document verification, option entry, rank list preparation, and seat allotment. DTE conducts centralized counselling for TN MBA/ MCA admission.

Anna University has released TANCET MBA rank list on July 22, along with TANCET score, rank, college code and branch allotted. The TANCET MBA 2024 seat allotment order comprises the college allotted, the course fee to be paid, and documents required to be carried at the time of reporting at the allotted institute. On the basis of the TANCET 2024 rank list, TANCET MBA counselling for the special reservation category is conducted.

Candidates with a valid scorecard of TANCET 2024 are eligible to attend TANCET supplementary counselling. Those who have not allotted seat in regular online TANCET counselling, absentees and not registered candidates are eligible to appear for TN supplementary counselling. Those who will be attending supplementary counselling will have to pay the application fee of Rs 600/-* (Rs 300/-* in case of Tamil Nadu SC/ SCA/ ST) and counselling fee of Rs 5000/-* (Rs 1000/-* in case of Tamil Nadu SC/ SCA/ ST) in cash. This amount includes a non-refundable fee of Rs 600/- (Rs 300/- in case of Tamil Nadu SC/ SCA/ ST category).
*Those who have already paid in online TANCET counselling process need not to pay the fee again, but they have to bring the copy of filled TANCET counselling application form and evidence of payment.

TANCET MBA Counselling 2024
TANCET MBA counselling 2024 is a multi-step process, that is conducted after the declaration of the TANCET MBA 2024 result and ends after the release of the final admission offer to the candidate. All the counselling phases are listed below.
TANCET MBA Result 2024 - Anna University declared the result for TANCET MBA 2024 on its official website. The scorecard for the same was available till May 3. Candidates can download their TANCET scorecard at tancet.annauniv.edu. Candidates can access their TANCET MBA results by using their login credentials.
TANCET Counselling Registration 2024 - Candidates who have passed the TANCET MBA 2024 and satisfied the cutoff criteria have to register for TANCET counselling. The TANCET MBA counselling 2024 registration form can be filled out and submitted in online mode only. The TANCET MBA counselling fee is Rs 300 for the unreserved category, which can be paid by the candidates within the stipulated time.
TANCET MBA Counselling 2024 Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates who belong to Tamil Nadu state are eligible for the TANCET counselling. During TANCET MBA counselling, candidates need to attach Tamil Nadu nativity certificate.
- Candidates must have done their bachelor's degree programme of a minimum of three years duration with at least 50% marks in total aggregate (General category) and 45% marks for candidates belonging to reserved category.
- Candidates must have a valid scorecard for TANCET (MBA) 2024.
- There is no age criteria specified by DTE to appear for TANCET counselling.
TANCET SCA to SC Counselling
DTE, Tamil Nadu publishes online registration forms on the official website, tn-mbamca.com. TANCET counselling fee is Rs. 300 for SC/ ST/ SCA category. To apply for TANCET SCA to SC counselling, candidates should follow the below process;

How to fill TANCET MBA 2024 counselling registration form?
Prior to appearing for TANCET MBA counselling, candidates need to register first by following the provided steps.
Step 1 - User registration - The very first step is to do the registration in order to create login credentials.
Step 2 - Login by using credentials - Candidates are required to re-login by entering details like Name, Registration number and password.
Step 3 - Personal Information - Candidates will have to enter basic personal details.
Step 4 - Candidates will also have to enter educational qualification or school and college details.
Step 5 - Enter Undergraduate degree information
Step 6 - Preview the filled application form - Before final submission, it is necessary to re-check the filled TANCET MBA counselling registration form.
Step 7 - After previewing TANCET MBA counselling registration form, candidates are required to pay the application fee via online mode
Step 8 - Download the registration form and take a print of it for future reference
Releasing of TANCET MBA Rank/ Merit List - After the TANCET MBA counselling registration window, the conducting body releases the merit list of candidates who have successfully submitted the counselling form.
TANCET MBA Counselling 2024 - Commencement of General Counselling
After completion of “Special Reservation Categories”, authorities will begin the TANCET counselling process for those who have registered for general TANCET MBA counselling. Prior to appearing for the TANCET General Counselling round, one should download the call letter.

Releasing of Counselling Call Letter and Participating - Those who complete their TANCET MBA counselling registration successfully will have to download the call letter. It is required to produce the same at the time of counselling, along with the TANCET MBA scorecard and admit card.
TN MBA/MCA Counselling Guidelines for registered candidates
- Candidates will be shortlisted for the counselling round on the basis of scores secured by them in TANCET MBA 2024
- Seats in TANCET MBA participating colleges will be allotted to candidates on the counselling day
- Those who will not be able to appear for the TANCET counselling round because of any reason will not be able to claim a seat or admission on any other date.
- If the applicant has any backlog or is unable to complete the last year of graduation will not be allowed to attend the counselling session
- Tie Breaker Policy- If more than one candidate secures the same marks in TANCET MBA 2024, then in such case their rank will be decided on the basis of the percentage of marks they have obtained in their qualifying examination
TANCET MBA Counselling 2024 - Documents Required

Seat Allotment Process - After document verification, candidates will have to choose the college in which they want to seek admission. A seat will be allotted in the particular college on the basis of the following parameters.
- Marks obtained by candidates in TANCET MBA 2024
- Seats available in the college
- The choice made by the candidates at the time of counselling
Second and Third Round of Counselling - Those who will not be satisfied with the offered college during counselling then they can appear for the second or third round of counselling. After each round of TANCET MBA 2024 counselling, candidates will be able to check the status of vacant seats in each participating institute. Based on the vacant seats left, the number of counselling rounds will be decided by the conducting body.
Seat Confirmation after TANCET MBA Counselling 2024
Once candidates are satisfied with the college, he or she has to confirm the seat by paying a token amount. Candidates will have to pay Rs 5000 as the confirmation fee, which will be adjusted in the admission fee of the college in which they are going to take admission.
