Stages of XAT Selection Procedure 2018
The XAT 2018 is likely to comprise of the following selection procedure:
Stage 1- The first stage includes taking the Xavier Aptitude Test(XAT). Hence, to be eligible for the selection procedure, a candidate must first take the exam and clear the same. In order to take the XAT 2018, a candidate must have registered successfully within a given period. The management based entrance exam is conducted in an online mode divided into two parts: Paper 1 & Paper 2.
Stage 2- While in the second round, candidates who take the exam will be shortlisted based on the cutoff announced by the participating institutes. Only those who meet the cutoff are further called for the XAT selection procedure 2018. This stage may comprise:
Stage 3- In the last stage, participating institutes after conducting the GD and PI will finalise the list of selected candidates based on their performance in these rounds. Then, the selected candidates are offered admission to the management programmes in participating institutes.
The final result will then be sent to selected candidates by post or on their registered email address.
