XAT 2020 cutoff will be released tentatively in the third week of January 2020. Candidates will be shortlisted based on the cutoff released by participating institutes. Students can refer to the previous year cutoff for XAT to get a rough estimation for XAT cutoff 2020.

XAT 2020 selection procedure involves the following steps for admission into XLRI institutes
Step 1: Students have to appear for XAT 2020
Step 2: Shortlisting of candidates
Step 3: Selection rounds
Step 4: Final selection
Students will have to register on the official website of XLRI to appear for XAT 2020. XAT application form has been released in online mode on the official website August 23, 2019. The examination for XAT 2020 was held on January 5, 2020.
XAT 2020 result released on January 16, 2020 on the basis of which participating institutes will release their individual cutoff for XAT 2020. Candidates who meet the cutoff criteria of participating institutes will be shortlisted.
Candidates who will be shortlisted will be called for the selection rounds of XAT 2020 which consist of following rounds
Group Discussion or/and Essay Writing
After conducting the rounds of XAT 2020 selection procedure, list of final selected students will be prepared. The selected candidates will be offered admission to the participating institute’s management programmes.

To answer your query, the cut off percentile of Bits Pilani (MBA) lies somewhat in the range of 75-80 percentile and it changes depending upon the number of applications and the relative percentile of the candidates.
