NMAT Eligibility Criteria 2018 - Graduate Management Admission Council (GMAC) prescribes NMAT 2018 eligibility criteria. By appearing for NMAT by GMAC 2018, candidates are qualified for MBA admission in NMIMS University and 25 other B-schools in India which accept NMAT score. As per eligibility criteria of NMAT by 2018, applicants with a Bachelor’s degree from a recognised university or institute with at least 50 per cent aggregate marks are eligible to apply. Additionally, candidates with two or more years of work experience will be preferred. The registration for the NMAT by GMAC started from July 3, 2018 and applicants can fill the online registration form before October 3 without paying late fee. The general NMAT 2018 eligibility criteria are mentioned below:
A candidate should have a full-time Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognised university with at least 50 per cent marks.
Age Limit: There is no age limit to appear for NMAT 2018
Final year students of Bachelor’s degree may also apply and get provisional admission. After clearing final year exam in the first attempt with at least 50 per cent marks, they will be offered final admission.
Candidates with two or more years of work experience will be preferred.
Candidates need to pay the test fee in the specified time.
Candidates will have to submit the all original documents within the given period of time.

Each candidate is allowed two retakes or three attempts for NMAT by GMAC 2018 apart from the original attempt. Best of the three scores will be considered for final admission process. Aspiring candidates must also keep track of the exam schedule through the important dates of NMAT 2018.
GMAC will conduct NMAT entrance exam in online or computer-based mode from October 4 to December 17. Aspirants can choose the exam venue/date/time as per their convenience within the listed options during form-filling. The B-schools which participate in NMAT include Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, Xavier School of Rural Management – Bhubaneswar, SRM University, Bennett University to name a few. As per exam pattern of the NMAT 2018 exam, the test will contain 120 multiple choice questions from three sections which have to be attempted within two hours. The centres of NMAT 2018 include 44 cities in India and four international centres.
