The NMIMS Management Aptitude Test (NMAT) 2019 eligibility criteria are determined by the Graduate Management Admission Council (GMAC). The NMAT eligibility criteria 2019 state the minimum educational qualification required for a student to appear for the offline exam. According to the basic eligibility criteria of NMAT 2019, candidates must hold a Bachelors’ degree or equivalent from a recognized university. The NMAT 2019 eligibility criteria mention no maximum age bar. Candidates who qualify NMAT will be able to apply for 29 B-schools in India along with the ones in South Africa and the Philippines for postgraduation in their management programs. A computer-based, MBA entrance exam organized by GMAC every year, NMAT is conducted over a span of 75 days. Candidates can choose to appear for NMAT 2019 on any day within the aforementioned period. Check the NMAT eligibility criteria 2019 given below:

  1. Age limit: No age bar to attempt NMAT 2019.

  2. Educational Qualification: Candidates must be graduates in any stream from a recognized university.

  3. Minimum marks: The bachelor's degree holders must have scored at least 50% overall.

  4. Work experience: Candidates having 2-3 years of experience will have an edge over others.

  5. Provisional admission: Candidates who have already given their exam of the last year in graduation and have their results awaiting can also apply.

  6. Maximum number of attempts: At the most, three attempts will be allowed to the candidate in order to perform his/ her best. The best out of three scores will be considered for admission. It should be kept in mind that the maximum three attempts include ‘no shows’ as well.

Apart from the eligibility requirements of NMAT, candidates must also ensure they pay the application fee before the deadline as well as submit all the valid and correct documents.

NMAT 2019 Registration

Candidates had to create their NMAT registration account by using their email ID. Thereafter, they will be required to provide their details, mention their preferences and upload their recent photograph. The NMAT registration fee is Rs. 1900 which includes up to 5 programmes. To opt for more programmes, candidates will have to pay Rs. 200 each. Once the payment is successful, candidates will be able to download their NMAT admit card 2019.

NMAT Registration 2019 is underway on the official website of NMAT by GMAC . Candidates can apply for NMAT by GMAC till October 3, 2019 for the first attemp t. Any candidate who has a graduation degree with a minimum of 50 per cent in aggregate or equivalent can apply for NMAT. The exam is scheduled from October 4 to December 17 in online mode in 44 cities in India and 4 cities abroad this year.
