NMAT Registration 2019 - NMAT 2019 registration will be conducted by the Graduate Management Admission Council (GMAC). Candidates can expect the online registration of NMAT 2019 to begin in the first week of July. NMAT registration 2019 is the first step for those who wish to appear for this computer-based test which will be conducted over a span of 75 days. After registration, candidates will be able to select a suitable date/ time/ NMAT 2019 exam centre. The concluding date of NMAT 2019 registration will be in the first week of October tentatively. Candidates must ensure that they pay the registration fee via Credit Card/ Debit Card/ Net Banking/ American Express Card/ Diners Card, IMPS, UPI and Mobile Wallets, before the last date. The NMAT Application Form 2019 fee is Rs. 2000 which includes the fee of up to 5 programmes. Those who wish to apply for more will have to pay Rs. 200 per programme. NMAT 2019 registration: Pre-requisites

  • A desktop computer or laptop with internet connectivity

  • A valid email address and phone number

  • Mark-sheets or degree certificates

  • A recent, coloured photograph in the prescribed size and format

NMAT Registration 2019: How to fill NMAT Application Form

Once the application window is opened by GMAC, candidates can follow the steps given below to register. However, candidates must ensure that they adhere to the NMAT eligibility criteria 2019 beforehand.

1. New Registration

  • Click here (link will be provided soon) and enter your name, country, mobile number, email id and a new password. 

  • Hit on ‘Submit’ and a new window will pop up. The verification mail will be sent to the email address provided in the previous step.

  • After verifying, click ‘Login’ and enter your email id and password. 

  • Now, your NMAT registration account has been verified.

2. Selection of B-School

  • Enter your personal details, contact information, educational qualification, work experience and any other details asked for.

  • Select your most preferred programmes and B-schools for admission under the ‘School Preference’ section. Selecting beyond five programmes/ schools, candidates will be charged Rs.200 + applicable tax per school/ programme.

3. Upload Photograph

  • Upload a recent, coloured, passport-sized photograph (according to the specifications, if any). This photograph will be used on the NMAT admit card 2019.

  • Read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of GMAC, and check the boxes to accept them.

4. Recheck and Submission of NMAT Application Form

  • Check all the information mentioned by you in the previous steps and correct the errors, if any. 

  • After submitting the NMAT registration form 2019, any changes apart from ‘School Preference’ and ‘Communication Preference’ will not be allowed.

  • After submitting the registration form, candidates will see their registration number for NMAT by GMAC displayed on the screen.

Application fee: Click on the ‘Proceed with the online payment’ button and pay the application/ registration fee via Credit Card/ Debit Card/ Net Banking/ American Express Card/ Diners Card, IMPS, UPI and Mobile Wallets. The varying amounts of registration fee are as follows:



NMAT Registration fee (Early) 

Rs. 2000 + applicable taxes

NMAT Registration fee (Late)

Rs. 2500 + applicable taxes

Exam Retaking fee

Rs. 2000+ applicable taxes

Exam Rescheduling fee

Rs. 1100+ applicable taxes

Additional Score Reports (beyond five) fee

Rs. 200 per score report + applicable taxes

5. NMAT 2019 Registration- Rescheduling and Retakes

  • Once the payment of NMAT registration 2019 fee is done, a unique registration ID will be sent to the candidate via email. This ID will be required for future logins.

  • Schedule the exam and download the NMAT admit card as no hard copy will be sent.

  • Candidates must note that re-scheduling of NMAT 2019 cannot happen later than 72 hours before the scheduled test, to a different date, time and test centre, even after paying the additional fee.

  • NMAT by GMAC can be retaken twice (including ‘no shows’) apart from the original attempt. Applying for retakes will charge additional fees.

  • Candidates must ensure that the retake exam should be scheduled at least 15 days after their previous attempt.
