The MBA entrance exam conducted by the Graduate Management Admission Council (GMAC) is known as NMAT by GMAC. The NMAT by GMAC 2020 exam scores will be accepted by NMIMS University and 25 other management institutes across India. The two-hour computer-based test is conducted in a 75-day long window commencing tentatively from second week of October 2020 till third week of December 2020. The total number of retakes allowed in NMAT 2020 exam is three including no-shows. NMAT 2020 is expected to be conducted at 46 Indian cities in all and 4 international centres. The NMAT by GMAC 2020 online registration will commence tentatively from July 2, and candidates could fill the online registration form until October 5 without paying the stipulated late fee. NMAT by GMAC aspirants could register for the exam anytime during the mentioned three months (July- October).
The late registration process of NMAT 2020 will begin from second week of October and continue until third week of October, along with payment of the late fee of Rs. 2500. Only the eligible candidates should fill the NMAT application form 2020. Post payment, a unique NMAT Registration ID will be generated and sent to candidates via their registered email ID.
With the help of the NMAT registration ID and Password, candidates can login to the NMAT web account to either schedule the exam date or download the admit card.
The NMAT by GMAC 2020 exam pattern is prescribed by the Graduate Management Admission Council (GMAC), the exam conducting authority. The exam pattern of NMAT by GMAC 2020 will aid candidates to become familiar with the type of questions, scoring scheme, time duration, number of questions, and many more.

Typically, GMAC will release the online NMAT by GMAC 2020 admit card within 24 hours after exam registration and successful payment. Candidates will need to produce the admit card along with two other ID proofs on respective NMAT test dates at the allotted exam centres.
Candidates can download the NMAT by GMAC admit card 2020 in online mode from the official web account using their login credentials. It should be noted that no hard copy of NMAT by GMAC 2020 hall ticket will be sent to any of the candidates.
The NMAT by GMAC 2020 result will be declared by GMAC tentatively on March 31, 2021. The final scorecard/result of NMAT by GMAC 2020 will include a scaled score for each section and the total score along with the percentile ranking. The online result will be made available to take takers and can be downloaded by entering the User ID and password created during the process of NMAT by GMAC registration.
Once the final percentile is released, NMAT by GMAC 2020 results and scores will be mailed to five B-schools, which the applicants had selected during the process of application. The NMAT by GMAC participating institutes 2020 will then announce the names of shortlisted for the final selection process based on their NMAT by GMAC result 2020. The exam will be conducted from October 6 which will continue till December 19, 2020.

Cutoff score or percentile is the minimum marks required by candidates in order to appear in the further rounds. Participating Institutes of NMAT by GMAC will release the cutoff score. Further rounds will include Group Discussion (GD) / Writing Ability Test (WAT) / Case Discussion (CD) and Personal Interview (PI). Eligible candidates will be called for further rounds if they qualify the cutoff score.
The merit of the candidate, along with his/her NMAT by GMAC 2020 cutoff will be considered for providing admission in the participating B-Schools.
After the final result cum scorecard gets released, NMAT by GMAC 2020 selection procedure will commence.
As per the selection procedure of NMAT by GMAC 2020, all shortlisted candidates need to appear for the selection rounds at participating institutes, i.e. appear for Group Discussion (GD) or Writing Ability Test (WAT) or Case Discussion (CD) and Personal Interview rounds to fetch the final admission.

For other exams apart from CAT
NMAT MAT ATMA has the same syllabus just one or two sections will be different but the basic is same
CMAT has additional section of general knowledge
So there is only difference of number of questions and difficulty level but other than that everything is same
