The ICFAI Foundation for Higher Education (IFHE) conducted the annual ICFAI Business School Aptitude Test (IBSAT) 2019 for admission to MBA/PGDM programmes. IBSAT 2019 was held on December 21 and 22, 2019 across 94 cities in India. As per eligibility criteria of IBSAT, candidates must be graduates in any discipline from a recognised institute/university with at least 50 per cent aggregate marks. The computer-based test of two hours duration had objective-type questions from areas like Verbal Ability, Quantitative Techniques and Reasoning Ability. After the declaration of IBSAT 2019 results, selected candidates shall be invited for the selection procedure, followed by the release of a list of students qualifying for admission in the nine IBS campuses across India.

The IBSAT 2019 registration commenced from July 1. The deadline to fill the IBSAT 2019 application form, as specified by ICFAI Foundation, the conducting body, was till December 17, 2019 (Registration closed now). Candidates could register themselves on the official website of IBS and complete the application in online mode. An application fee of Rs. 1800 had to be paid using any of the various payment modes available at the time of filling the form. Additionally, the IBSAT application form 2019 can also be completed in offline mode by purchasing it from IBS centres.
Guidelines to fill IBSAT 2019 Application Form
IBSAT 2019 exam pattern states that it is a computer-based test of two hours. As per the exam pattern prescribed by ICFAI Foundation, the management aptitude test will carry 140 multiple-choice questions (MCQs) divided into four sections.

Marking scheme: Each correct answer will be awarded one mark. There is no negative marking for an incorrect response. Thus, the IBSAT 2019 exam will be marked out of a total of 140 marks.
ICFAI does not release an official syllabus for IBSAT 2019. However, based on previous years’ question papers, here are the most common topics from which questions will be raised in the exam:

ICFAI will also offer a mock test for candidates appearing in the exam to help them get accustomed to the exam pattern of IBSAT 2019.
ICFAI Business School released IBSAT 2019 mock tests for candidates appearing in the test to help them get accustomed to each section of the online exam. The IBSAT mock tests were available for free on the official website of IBS. Taking the mock tests proved to be highly helpful for aspirants as they can familiarise themselves with the actual exam pattern of IBSAT. The mock tests is available from October 10 till October 30, 2019
The admit card of IBSAT 2019 was available in online mode from December 20. Only registered candidates were able to download the IBSAT 2019 admit card or hall ticket from the official website of IBS. To download the admit card of IBSAT 2019, candidates had to enter the login ID and Date of Birth sent to the registered email address. It was important to carry the printed copy of the admit card to the exam centre on test day, failing which candidates were barred from appearing in the exam.

Apart from the admit card of IBSAT 2019, candidates must carry along a valid photo ID proof such as Aadhaar card, voter ID, driving license etc. to the exam centre.
The result of IBSAT 2019 can be checked on the official website of IBS on December 26. To check the result, which was announced in online mode only, candidates must login with their user ID and date of birth of the IBSAT account. Post the IBSAT 2019 result, all the IBS institutes will announce their cutoffs and prepare a list of shortlisted candidates for selection rounds. The selection briefings will take place from January 11 till January 19, 2020. This will be followed by the selection process (GD/PI) February 22 till February 29, 2020.
Post the announcement of result, the nine IBS institutes will declare the IBSAT 2019 cutoff lists. This list will have the names of qualifying candidates who have secured the minimum marks or percentile required to get shortlisted for the selection process. The cutoff of IBSAT 2019 will vary from institute to institute. Candidates can check the expected cutoffs below:

This will be followed by the selection procedure of IBSAT 2019 which will be held at IBS Hyderabad.
The selection procedure of IBSAT 2019 is a two-step process. In the first step, candidates have to appear for the IBS Aptitude Test. After the declaration of IBSAT result, the nine IBS institutes have shortlisted candidates based on their own cut-offs. Between January 11 till January 19, 2020 shortlisted candidates will be called for IBS selection briefings or a series of focused seminars which will offer an insight into the programmes at IBS.
As part of the second step of IBSAT 2019 selection procedure, IBS Hyderabad will conduct Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview (PI) at its campus from February 22-29, 2020. Factors such as candidates’ academic performance and work experience will also be taken into consideration, besides the IBSAT score, while preparing the final merit list.

Among all the campuses of IBS which is located in Mumbai , Pune , Gurgaon & Hyderabad premises during the the time counselling I think you should go with the option Hyderabad campus because for doing the course in the Hyderabad section will make you stand elite as well I heard from most of the aspirants that facility in the Hyderabad section is better including all the major one.

Yes Anirudhha, you are eligible for IBS Pune and Bangalore campus. According to the previous year trends, they accept a percentile of around 50% and above.
So you can expect a call from them. You will have group discussion and personal interview if you are called. Finally on the basis of your CAT score, GD and PI performance, the final results will be declared.
Harsh, IBSAT scores are not disclosed by the exam conducting authority. It is only a qualifying test for further selection process. So you would not know your marks and percentile. You will directly have to attend the next rounds of selection. The final selection is based on the performance in Group Discussion, Personal Interview and Past Academic Records.
