CMAT 2025 result will be announced by the National Testing Agency (NTA) probably in the second week of February 2025. The CMAT result link will be activated at exams.nta.ac.in/CMAT/. Candidates will be able to check their CMAT result 2025 from their dashboard by logging into it using their roll number and date of birth. Last year, a total of 65,127 students appeared for the CMAT exam. The CMAT scorecard will consist overall and sectional percentiles. The cutoffs of the top CMAT colleges, JBIMS, SIMSREE, IFMR, PUMBA, Welingkar, etc., range between 98-99+ percentiles. The CMAT cutoff for SC/ST is generally around the 75+ percentile. While students wait for CMAT results, analyse their performance and research target colleges' admission processes and cutoffs.

NTA will announce the CMAT 2025 exam result tentatively in the second week of February 2025. The CMAT result will be available in the student CMAT login on the official website of CMAT NTA, exams.nta.ac.in/CMAT/.

To download the CMAT score card 2025, candidates need to follow the steps given below:
Step 1 - Visit the CMAT result official website, cmat.nta.nic.in.
Step 2 - Click on the ‘CMAT 2025: Download Score Card’ tab
Step 3 - Candidates will be directed to a login page where they have to enter their CMAT login credentials, such as:
- CMAT form or Application number
- Date of birth
- Following this, add a security pin and click on the ‘Submit’ tab.
Step 4 - The screen will display the scorecard of CMAT 2025.
Step 5 - Download the CMAT 2025 scorecard and take the printout for future reference.

What after CMAT 2025 Result?
Those who are wondering what after CMAT result? so, CMAT accepting colleges will conduct further admission procedures for MBA. All the institutions organize the counselling process for the exam distinctively since there is no centralized coordination for the same.
The individual institutions, where the candidates have applied, will contact them for further admission rounds. The institutions organise Group Discussions and Personal Interviews for the candidates to take part in and shortlist them on that basis for admissions.
- Group Discussion (GD): The candidates will be divided into groups of 8–10 people. Each group will then be given a topic to debate. Each candidate will be given scores based on his/ her performance in the discussion.
- Personal Interview (PI): The candidates who are shortlisted in the GD will then be interviewed by a panel of professors. Candidates will be invited into the interview hall one at a time. Their communication skills, problem-solving skills, knowledge, and confidence will be tested in this round.

CMAT Cutoff 2025 - Predictions
The CMAT 2025 cut off will be determined on the basis of CMAT results 2025, the previous year CMAT category wise cut off trend, the number of students who appeared for the exam, and other factors. CMAT cut-off 2025 will vary for the colleges accepting CMAT. The CMAT cut off of top colleges such as JBIMS, JIM, KJSIMSR, SIMSREE, etc. are expected to be 95 to 99 plus overall percentile this year.

The CMAT cutoff for various categories (General, SC, ST, and OBC) is decided by the colleges at the time of admission. While previous years' trends suggest a cut-off of around 75 percentile for reserved categories, it is important to check with each college for their specific category-wise CMAT cut-off.

Yes, you can also join IIMs two years after graduation, depending upon the justification in interviews and your performance in entrance exams. If you are not sure about CAT, try those other management exams less hard:
Common Management Admission Test: Easier than CAT; 4-5 months of continuous preparation will suffice.
MAT : Much easier and takes place thrice a year.
SNAP (Symbiosis National Aptitude Test): A bit easier than CAT, apt for Symbiosis Institutes.
Xavier Aptitude Test or XAT : Hence, easier than CAT but the unique decision-making section.
Use exams like CMAT and MAT as a challenge to be competitively prepared. This can be given about 4-5 months, along with a few rounds of mock tests and smart studying.
