TS ICET Exam 2026: Dates, Eligibility, Pattern, Application Form, Syllabus & Cutoff

Those who are interested in giving the TS ICET will have to fulfill the eligibility criteria before applying. Given below are the eligibility criteria for TS ICET 2026.

• Those who are interested in getting admission in MBA/ MCA courses offered by various institutes in Telangana should be graduates from a recognized university with a course duration of a minimum of three years.
• Candidates must have a minimum of 50 percent marks in the case of the general category. In the case of the reserved category, candidates should have 45 percent in the qualifying examination.
• Those who have obtained their qualifying degree by distant mode programme should be recognized by the joint committee of UGC, AICTE, and DEC.
• Those candidates who are in the final year of their graduation are also eligible to apply for TS ICET 2026.
• There is no age limit for applying to TS ICET 2026.

Mahatma Gandhi University will soon release the TS ICET 2026 registration forms in online mode on the official website, icet.tgche.ac.in. Eligible candidates will be able to fill out the application form till the deadline. After the required fee is submitted, the candidate will get an acknowledgement, following which he or she can start filling out the application form.

• Candidates have to provide the following details in the TS ICET registration form: 
  • Educational and personal details, details of the qualifying exam:
• Candidates will also have to choose the TS ICET test centre
• Category
• Local Area Status
• Non-Minority/Minority Status
• Special category – PH, sports quota, visually impaired, etc
• Candidates will then have to upload their colored passport-sized photograph along with the signatures.
  • Format of the photograph (jpg/jpeg) and image size should be less than 30KB. 
  • The format of the signature should be either in JPG or JPEG and the image size should be less than 15KB.
• Pay the TS ICET 2026 application fee and submit the application form.

TG ICET 2026 will be conducted on May 13014, 2026. TS ICET is a 150-minute-long test that consists of 200 questions. The test has the following three sections: analytical ability, mathematical ability, and communication ability.

• The total duration of the  exam will be 2.5 hours

Step 7 - The screen will display the question paper divided into three sections and a timer on the right-hand side.

• Candidates can switch between sections as per their preference.
• Students must click on save and next after answering each question.
• If the candidate is not sure of the answer he/she can click on the 'mark for review and next' tab.

• Once entered, click the "Get Response Sheet" button.
• Finally, the Preliminary TS ICET Answer Key will be downloaded in pdf format.

Objection Format for TS ICET Answer Key

The result of the TS ICET 2026 will be announced after the TS ICET exam is concluded. The date for the same will be announced soon. While accessing the TS ICET 2026 result, candidates need to enter their login credentials on the ICET official website -icet.tsche.ac.in. Mahatma Gandhi University (MGU) will release its minimum cutoff marks, qualifying candidates will be eligible for further selection rounds in order to take admission in management programmes at participating institutes.
