Calculation of the score for MAH CET/MBA CET 2025 is carried out by the State Common Entrance Test Cell, Maharashtra using the following methods:

• As per the marking scheme, for every correct answer, a candidate gets one mark; there is no negative marking for any incorrect or unattempted question.

The MAH CET score normalization process is adopted by the exam conducting body for comparing candidates’ scores across multiple shifts. To calculate the MAH CET percentile score, the MAH CET marks obtained by the candidates are transformed into a scale ranging from 100 to 0.

As per the definition shared by the MAH CET exam conducting body, "the Percentile Score indicates the percentage of candidates that have scored EQUAL TO OR BELOW (same or lower raw scores) that particular Percentile in that examination.
