    The MAT registration form 2026 is out now for the May 2026 exam. Interested candidates can fill out the MAT application form at the MAT 2026 exam official website. Candidates are required to fill out the MAT registration form before the last date of May 25, 2026, for the PBT mode and June 08, 2026, for the CBT mode. Moreover, candidates who are appearing for the MAT 2026 exam scheduled to be held on May 31, 2026, in PBT mode and June 14, 2026, in CBT mode, must fulfil the AMT basic eligibility criteria of a three-year bachelor's degree with 50% marks.     MAT Registration 2026: Things to remember

    The May session MAT registration process is ongoing for PBT and CBT. While registering for the MAT 2026 May session, candidates will have to provide all the required details. Before doing the MAT exam registration 2026, applicants can go through the things to be noted regarding the MAT exam.

    • All India Management Association (AIMA) is conducting the MAT exam 2026 in four sessions: February, May, September, and December in a year.
    • Candidates can do the MAT registration process 2026 only online through the official website.
    • Management Aptitude Test 2026 will be held in CBT and PBT modes.
    • Candidates can appear for more than one mode of the exam by paying the requisite AIMA MAT exam fee 2026.

    Eligible candidates can visit the official website and fill out the MAT application form 2026. The candidates attending the CBT and PBT modes must complete the online MAT examination form. Candidates can follow the steps for MAT registration to avoid confusion and mistakes while applying.

    Steps to create the MAT exam registration login

    • Candidates can visit the MAT exam official website, mat.aima.in.
    • Enter the details such as Name, Phone Number, Email ID, Date of Birth and set a password to create a MAT login account.
    • Confirm the details added and click the submit button.
    • After submission of the MAT exam registration details, an OTP will be shared with the registered mobile number.
    • After the verification of OTP, a new login will be shared with the registered email ID.
    • Using the credentials, the candidate can log in to the account and complete the MAT exam registration.

    Steps to complete the MAT Exam 2026 Registration

    Step 1: Select AIMA MAT test mode and exam centre

    Choose the MAT exam centres 2026 to attend the CBT and PBT mode exams. Applicants are allowed to choose at least one or two exam modes.

    Step 2: Upload photo and signature

    Upload the recent passport-size photograph and signature as per the format mentioned below:

    • Scanned copy of a light-colored photograph (not more than six months old) in JPEG/JPG format only.
    • The background of the photo must be white.
    • Caps and dark glasses are not acceptable.
    • Candidates wearing the reading glasses must ensure that there is no reflection.
    • Religious headwear is acceptable.

    Signature (Between 5 and 20 KB)

    • A scanned copy of the signature is in JPEG/JPG format only.
    • Sign with a black ink pen on white paper and scan it.
    • Make sure that the same signature is used while writing the exam and in the interview round. A mismatch in signatures will disqualify the candidates.

    Step 3: Select Management Institutes

    Candidates who opt for two test modes can choose two management colleges to send their MAT exam scorecard to, in addition to choosing five colleges.

    Step 4: Payment of MAT exam application fees

    After choosing the colleges, the payment section will appear on the screen. Payment can be done through Debit / Credit Card / Net Banking/Wallet. The MAT application fee 2026 is around Rs. 2300, and Rs. 4000 is to be made to attend both test modes.

    Step 5: Enter the personal and educational details

    After the payment of the MAT exam fees 2026, candidates must fill out the personal details, education qualifications and work experience (if any).

    Step 6: View and download the MAT registration form.

    Finally, candidates can view the MAT exam application form before submitting and download the MAT application form 2026 for future reference.

    • Candidates can click on the new link and create a new password for the AIMA MAT account.

    The candidates can select preferred test cities for allotment of the MAT exam centre at the time of filling out the MAT application form. AIMA will conduct the MAT exam 2026 across 47 cities all over India. Candidates must report to the exam centres on the specified MAT exam date.
