Documents to carry to the examination centre

Candidates must bring the print copies of AP ICET hall ticket 2019 along with Aadhaar card or any other valid ID proof to the exam centre on the day of the exam.

AP ICET 2019 exam timings

AP ICET 2019 exam will be held in two sessions – morning and afternoon. The morning session is expected to begin at 10 am and the afternoon session at 2.30 pm

AP ICET 2019 exam day guidelines

  • Test takers should reach the designated exam centre 30 minutes prior to the exam.

  • Mobile phones, electronic devices and calculators are banned inside the examination hall.

  • Candidates are allowed to carry only pen and pencils inside the examination centre.

  • Examinees found copying or cheating will be disqualified from the exam.

AP ICET Exam Pattern 2019 - Much before the exam, candidates should familiarise themselves with the AP ICET 2019 exam pattern in order to understand the exam structure and prepare accordingly. The test will be of 150 minutes, consisting of three sections and 200 questions carrying one mark each. All questions will be multiple choice questions with four options in each out of which only one needs to be selected.

The AP ICET 2019 is the state level entrance exam conducted for admissions to Andhra Pradesh’s participating institutes offering MBA programmes for the academic session 2019-21. AP ICET 2019 was conducted on April 26, 2019, in online mode across enlisted test centres of APSCHE. The deadline of application form of AP ICET 2019 without the late fee was March 27, 2019. A. There is no fixed/minimum cutoff for IIAM Vizag. Candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of performance in the qualifying examination followed by performance in the GD/PI rounds. Apart of AP ICET exam, they accept MAT/XAT/ CMAT/CAT/ GMAT/ ATMA/ IIAM scores as well.

  • Analytical ability section :- It has question from Data Sufficiency, Problem Solving etc.

  • Problem solving ":- Sequences and Series i.e. Analogies of numbers and alphabet, completion of blank spaces following the pattern in a: b :: c:d relationship; odd thing out: missing number in a sequence or a series. Data Analysis i.e. The data given in a Table, Graph, bar diagram, Pie Chart, Venn diagram or a Passage is to be analyzed and the questions pertaining to the data are to be answered. Coding and Decoding Problems i.e. A code pattern of English Alphabet is given. A given word or a group of letters are to be coded or decoded based on the given code or codes. Date, Time & Arrangement Problems i.e. Calendar problems, clock problems, blood relationships, arrivals, departures and schedules, seating arrangements, symbol and notation interpretation.

Arithmetical ability:- Laws of indices, ratio and proportion; surds; numbers and divisibility, l.c.m. and g.c.d; Rational numbers, Ordering.; Percentages; Profit and loss; Partnership, Pipes and cisterns, time, distance and work problems, areas and volumes, mensuration, modular arithmetic.

For APICET 2019 Exam, candidates who have completed their graduation fulfilling the eligibility in terms of aggregate and all, as well as those in the final years were eligible to apply for this exams. Following this norm, the same rule should be applied in 2020 unless specified otherwise by authorities.

Eligibility Criteria for APICET 2019-

Candidates should have completed their Bachelor’s degree from any discipline with a minimum of 3 years or its equivalent, with mathematics as one of the subject in Class 12th and a minimum of 50% in graduation level,For SC/ST/reserved category, it's only 45% in graduation leve l

Candidates in the final year of their graduation or are appearing for the final exams are also eligible for APICET. There's no age bar.

APICET M.B.A Eligibility Criteria-

OC candidates have to secure 50% aggregate to be eligible for the counselling stage.For SC and ST candidates, they need to score a minimum of 45% aggregate in degree and APICET 2019 to qualify for the counselling.

Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education on August 23 released the AP ICET 2019 counselling seat allotment result.


There is no new notifications regarding third or second round counselling but you must remain in touch with the college official website and careers360 website.
