Earlier, authorities released the online application form of KMAT Kerala 2020 on April 30. The authorities began the registration of KMAT Kerala 2020 in online mode. The last date to fill the application form was May 25. KMAT is a state-level entrance test which is conducted for providing admission in various management programmes that are offered in various b-schools of Kerala. KMAT Kerala exam was conducted in computer-based mode on June 21. Before filling the application form of KMAT Kerala 2020, candidates were asked to read the eligibility criteria for the same. Step 1- KMAT Registration
New candidates have to register first. Registration is a one time process which was mandatory for all candidates. To register, candidates need to visit the official website as shown in the below picture and click on the registration tab.
After clicking on the registration tab, candidates were redirected to a new page as shown in the picture below. Candidates had to click on the checkboxes and enter proceed for registration.
Candidates now had to fill all the details to create a unique Application Number. While filling the application form of KMAT 2020

Candidates were advised to create a strong, unique password.
Step 2: Fill Application Form of KMAT Kerala 2020
After Login, KMAT 2020 application form was displayed on the screen and now candidates had to fill all details such as personal information, address for correspondence, Reservation Details, Qualifying Degree. Some of the information to be filled by candidates is given below-

If the application form was filled completely, candidates were able to preview the details before moving to the next step by clicking the ‘Save and Preview’ button. After confirming that all the information given was correct and true, candidates were required to click on ‘Save & Finalize’ button to complete the application filling process.
Make sure that all the mandatory fields (marked as *) are filled before submitting
Mobile numbers should be unique for each applicant. All communications via SMS will be made to the registered mobile number
Note- No modification was possible after the Final submission
Step 3- Payment Of Application Fees
Once all the details are entered, candidates had to pay the fee for the KMAT Kerala 2020 application form. Application fees are varied on the basis of category of candidates. Therefore, candidates were to pay the application fees according to the category for KMAT Kerala 2020.

Two payment methods are available for remitting the application fee for KMAT Kerala 2020:
- Online Payment - Application fees was to be paid in online mode using Internet banking account, Credit card or Debit card. On successful payment, the candidates were guided back to the home page wherein they found the tab ‘Pay Application fee’ at the top which turns green.
In case of an unsuccessful transaction, a message to that effect was displayed on the screen and the candidate would be guided back to the homepage. If the candidate’s account is debited for an unsuccessful transaction, the amount will be reverted to his/her account within five working days.
- e-Challan (Post Office) - If candidates opt for e-Challan as a mode of payment, then they need to take a print out of eChallan by clicking the link ‘Print e-Challan’. Payment can be made in cash at any of the Head/Sub Post Offices in Kerala. The e-Challan should be handed over to the post office counter along with the required cash as per the category of the candidate. It must be ensured that the official has recorded the Transaction ID pertaining to the payment on the counterfoil of the e-Challan and put the official stamp and his/her initials at the designated places on the counterfoil. If the payment was successful, the ‘Pay Application Fee’ tab in the candidate’s home page turns green. Candidates are advised to login to the website and examine the ‘Pay Application Fee’ tab to make sure that the fee status has been updated by the post office official.

Step 4: Upload Photograph & Signature
Post completion of payment of the application form of KMAT Kerala 2020, candidates had to upload the image of signature and photograph as per the specifications mentioned.

A studio generated soft copy of latest passport size color photograph
The Photograph should have a light coloured background in jpeg format
The size of the photograph should be between 15 kb to 100 kb and resolution 150 x 200 pixels is to be used for uploading
The photograph should not be taken with the candidate wearing Cap or Goggles
Spectacles are allowed if being used regularly
Polaroid and Computer/Mobilephone generated photos are not at all acceptable
Image 2- Upload Signature
On a plain white sheet, the candidate should put his/her signature with black/blue ink
Scan the signature and crop around the signature
Do not scan the full sheet
The scanned image file should be in jpg format. (jpeg)
Dimensions of the signature should be 150 pixels width and 100 pixels height
File size of the signature should be between 10 kb and 100 kb
Scanned image of signature must be clear and complete
Note: The Original of the uploaded documents was to be provided by candidates before the admission authority as and when required.
Step 5: Print Confirmation Page of KMAT Kerala Application Form 2020
After completion of the uploading of all necessary certificates/documents, candidates had to take a printout of the Confirmation page by clicking on the link ‘Print Confirmation Page’. Candidates were advised to keep a softcopy or printout of the confirmation page for the future reference. Candidates are not required to send the hard copy of confirmation page or supporting documents to the office of the Commissioner for Entrance Exam.
What to do in case of "Forgot Application Number":
In case, candidates forget the application form number, they can get the same by visiting the official website or they can click here. Details like name of the candidate, date of birth, mobile number as well as given access code is required to retrieve the same.
What to do in case of "Forgot Password":

I understand that you want to appear in this exam but dear student this is exam for students who have completed for appearing in the graduation. This exam is not for 12th pass or 12th appearing students. This is for the students who have done their graduation or in the last semester of the graduation. To be eligible for KMAT 2019, candidates must have completed graduation with minimum aggregate of 50% it's a state level entrance test to admission in post graduation.
