Out of the 400 maximum marks of the CMAT exam, now the 95 to 99.99 percentile will be awarded a wide score range of 251 to 340 marks. The institutes decide the CMAT category cut-off at the time of admission. The colleges set CMAT category-wise cutoff marks for the general, SC, ST and OBC candidates. The CMAT cutoff category-wise is different from one institute to another. The CMAT cutoff for SC and OBC categories is 75.
