DTE MP Counselling for MBA Admission 2026
The final MP DTE merit list 2026 will be released on its official website, dte.mponline.gov.in.
- The DTE MP MBA counselling registration phase 1 took place in June - July, 2026.
- The DTE MP MBA counselling 2026 for phase 2 is going on.
- For MP MBA admission, candidates must first register themselves and fill in the choice of their desired top colleges in DTE MP counselling on its official website.
- The Madhya Pradesh MBA admission will be based on the CMAT scores. Candidates might also get admission based on their graduation scores if the seats are vacant.
- The final DTE MP merit list 2026 will generally be released in August and September in two rounds.
DTE MBA MP 2026 Eligibility Criteria
Given below are the DTE MP eligibility criteria:
- Candidates must have a minimum of 50% in their bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognised university or institution. Relaxation will be given to the candidates belonging to the reserved category for MBA admission in Madhya Pradesh.
- MBA aspirants must have a valid score in the CMAT 2026 exam.

CMAT 2026: Important Dates
Given below are the important dates for the CMAT exam, admit card, results, etc.
- Registration: The CMAT 2026 registration was closed on November 24, 2025.
- Admit Card: The NTA issued the CMAT 2026 admit card on January 21, 2026.
- Exam: The CMAT 2026 exam was held on January 25, 2026.
- Answer Key: The provisional answer key for CMAT 2026 will be released on January 31, 2026.
- Result: The final answer key, along with the CMAT 2026 result, was announced on February 17, 2026.

For MP DTE registration for the MP DTE MBA counselling 2026, candidates must first register themselves on its official website by following the steps given below:
- Visit the official website of DTE at dte.mponline.gov.in.
- Click on the “apply for counselling” link for Madhya Pradesh MBA admission.
- An option for “MP DTE registration” will appear; click on it.
- Then enter your CMAT roll number and date of birth on the login portal.
- Fill in the required details in the next step and submit the information.
DTE MP Admission Process 2026
The MP DTE selection process will take place in three phases. Check out the DTE MP admission process given below:
Phase 1: Registration for MBA admission in Madhya Pradesh
Candidates must register themselves through the DTE MP online counselling link provided on its official website. They must enter their login credentials, like CMAT roll number and DOB, to generate personal details automatically.
Phase 2: Choice filling of the colleges in MP DTE counselling
Candidates will be allowed to fill the MP DTE colleges as per their preference.
Phase 3: Release of DTE MP merit list for Madhya Pradesh MBA admission
The first MP DTE MBA merit list will be released based on the CMAT exam scores. In case any seats are left vacant, the seats can then be allotted based on the graduation marks.
MP DTE Merit List 2026
Based on the college preferences filled by the candidates, the seat allotment will be released in the form of a merit list, most likely from August onwards. The merit list of DTE MP will be based on the CMAT 2026 scores and will consist of the candidate’s name along with the state rank and more. Authorities may release the merit list of DTE MP counselling 2026 MBA in two to three rounds, depending on the availability of seats for Madhya Pradesh MBA admission.
