What is the process of AP ICET 2019 Certificate Verification?
It is only the AP ICET 2019 eligible and qualified candidates who will be permitted to attend the certificate verification process at the help centres to get their documents verified. This process will tentatively commence in mid-July, and continue for 10-15 days. Following are the steps of AP ICET Counselling 2019 -
STEP- 1 : Payment of Processing fee
Prior to certificate verification, the processing fee must be paid by aspirants. It has to be paid in online mode. Once the payment is made, they need to print the payment receipt to show at the time of document verification. It is important to pay the processing fee, as without payment, candidates will not be allowed to attend verification process even if they are eligible and qualified.

STEP- 2: Documents/Certificates required at the time of AP ICET 2019 Certificate Verification:
The certificate verification is the vital step towards AP ICET counselling 2019. Candidates need to produce all original certificates along with two sets of photocopies at the designated help centres. Below is the list of the documents that requires to be carried -

Income Certificate issued after 01.01.2015 or Ration Card holders containing the name of the candidate
Caste Certificate issued by competent authority in respect of SC/ST/BC
Aadhar Card (Photocopies will be returned after verification)
Further, the candidates belonging to PH/CAP/NCC/Sports/Minority categories must carry the following certificates as well -
PH - This is the certificate issued by the District Medical Board. Candidates with 40 percent and above disability are only eligible for the same.
CAP - This certificate is issued by Zilla Sainik Welfare Officer. In case of Ex-Servicemen, identity card and service discharge would be required for verification. Candidates whose parents are domicile of Andhra Pradesh are only eligible to be considered under ‘CAP’ category.
NCC & Sports - To produce original certificates issued by competent authorities.
Minorities - SSC ‘TC’ containing minority status or certificate from the Headmaster.
Anglo-Indian - A certificate issued by competent authority of their place of residence
Note: Original Certificates need not be deposited in the college at the time of admission.
How to select / entry options?
Aspirants can select their options from any Internet café or Help Line Centre or from their residence after completing the certificate verification process. The detailed procedure of exercising options will be published on the website of AP ICET 2019. All enlisted help line centres remain open from 9 AM to 5 PM on each day. Post option entry, candidates will be able to check the allotments on the official website around the last week of July, 2019.
AP ICET Counselling 2019
AP ICET 2019 counselling process consists of the following steps -
All the shortlisted candidates need to undergo the process of document verification at the help centres.
Based on the preferences entered by candidates and availability of seats and merit, seats will be allotted to deserving candidates.
Finally, candidates who will be granted seats, need to pay the requisite fee and report to the college allotted to them as per the scheduled date.
What are the eligibility criteria for appearing in AP ICET Counselling 2019?
Aspirants need to fulfil the eligibility parameters of AP ICET 2019 counselling to be able to attend the counselling session. Following are the basic eligibility criteria required for the seat allotment procedure-
Candidates securing 50 percent aggregate (in case of OC/General category) will be eligible for counselling of AP ICET 2019.
SC/ST category candidates have to score at least 45 percent aggregate in degree and AP ICET 2019 to qualify for the AP ICET 2019 counselling process.
Candidates will be required to report to the allotted college on the date mentioned in the allotment order, failing to do so, candidates will lose any claim on the seat allotted to them.
As per the eligibility criteria for appearing in the AP ICET 2019 exam, candidates aspiring for MBA programme must posses any degree of minimum three year duration with Mathematics at 10th/Inter/Degree level.
AP ICET Counselling 2019 – Instructions For Seat Allotment Process
If a candidate has not participated in any of the previous phases of counselling, he/she can participate as a fresh candidate by attending certificate/document verification at one of the help centres.
If no seat is allotted in the previous phase of AP ICET 2019 counselling, candidates can participate in the next phase.
Seat once allotted to candidates will be cancelled if they fail to accept and join the allotted seat. The seat would be declared as a vacant seat to be filled later. Although those candidates can participate in the counselling but would need to join a new college allotted in the second phase and cannot claim their previous allotment.
If a candidate has paid the fee, accepted the joining and reported at the allotted college, he/she can still participate in the subsequent rounds of counselling. If a seat is allotted as per new option, then the first allotment will be cancelled and candidates will be moved to the new allotted college.
AP ICET Counselling 2019 - Process of Seat Cancellation
Candidates who will wish to withdraw or cancel the allotted seat, at the end of the Counselling process, will be able to do so before a stipulated date. For doing the same, they need to approach the Convener in person or by registered post and have to submit the relevant documents mentioned below-
Duly filled in application form for cancellation of allotted seat.
Original receipt of certificates issued at the time of certificate verification at helpline centre.
Receipt of fee payment.
Latest provisional allotment order.
Request letter for cancellation of allotted seat by the candidate.
