AP ICET Counselling 2020 - Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education, will conduct AP ICET 2020 counselling round in web based mode. Candidates who meet the minimum cutoff of AP ICET 2020, they will be eligible to participate in the counselling. All eligible candidates of AP ICET will have to pay the processing fee, book their slots and have to appear for certificate verification after completion of the registration process. As part of AP ICET counselling 2020, candidates will have to get their documents verified at any one of the designated Helpline Centres (HLCs) in between of stipulated time given by APSCHE. Those who will attend the certificate verification at help-line centre will have to follow the following stages.
Stage 1 - Processing fee for AP ICET 2020 counselling
Know the AP ICET 2020 proessing fee which one will have to pay as a part of AP ICET 2020 counselling process.

How to pay AP ICET processing fee 2020
Candidates can refer to the below provided steps in order to pay the processing fee for AP ICET 2020 counselling. Check the steps of paying AP ICET processing fee via online mode.
Candidates can pay the amount of processing fee by using credit/ debit card or through net banking
Visit the official website of AP ICET and click on processing fee payment online
Now enter AP ICET hall ticket number and rank and click on pay fee online
Candidates will be redirected to a payment gateway
Now select payment mode and enter credentials
Once payment is done, click on the print button to take a print out of it. (Candidates will have to produce at the time of certificate verification)
Stage 2 - Registration for certificate verification
Candidates will have to wait for the announcement from authorities of help line centre for registration
After announcement, candidates will have to handover the rank card to the officer at entrance
Now, one will have to wait for their turn in the registration hall
Now collect the registration cum verification form to the computer operator at registration counter, candidates will have to verify their mobile number is printed correctly or not
Enter details such as hall ticket number, rank etc in the register and do signature in specified place.
By performing above steps, candidates registration will be completed. Now they will have to go back and wait in the registration hall for an announcement.
After the announcement by the officer at registration counter, candidates will have to report to the verification counter for certificate verification
Stage 3 - Verification of certificate
Verify all the details printed on verification form such as
Special reservation category
Date of birth
Fee reimbursement etc
If candidate find any mistake, then in such case report to the verification officer for correction
If a candidate belongs to SC/ ST/ OBC category, they will have to report to a caste verification officer and will have to submit the original caste certificate for clearance and verification.
Those who belong to Open Competition (OC) category, they have directly report to certificate verification officer
Now verification officer will verify candidates original certificate such as hall ticket, rank card, study certificate, marks memo, income certificate etc
A print of receipt of certificate will be given to candidates and if candidates find any discrepancy then in such case report to the chief verification officer for correction. After verifying the data append signature in the prescribed place
Seat allotment process and displaying of options will be depends on the accuracy of the data
Candidates will have to download the manual option form, college list and tuition fee details from the official website
Stage 4 - Preparatory work to be made by the candidate at their home for exercising options
Exercising options means, candidates will have to select college and course in which they wish to join and arrange them in the order of priority
Go through with the profile of college, course duration, availability of courses, prospects (job/ academic opportunities). Candidates need to discuss and decide on their interest on a particular course, availability of hostel, distance from your place, financial ability, family background etc
Also, consult with parents/ friends on the selection of colleges and course which one wish to join
Candidates can also take manual option form in which they have to fill the district code, course code and college code which they wish to join in order of their preference against the option number
Seat allotment will be based on Local Area, Rank, Reservation category, Gender etc inn order of preference candidate have chosen
Manual Option Form
Seats will be allotted on the basis of candidates choice which will depend upon the number of seats available in a course and college for candidates local area, sex and category. If a seat is not available in Option No. 1, then in such case Option No 2 will be considered for allotment and so on.
It is not mandatory to fill the options in a sequence of all the courses in a particular college. One can enter any number of options of any college in order to his or her choice.
Candidates are advised not to enter the option for which he or she is not interested to join.
For entering options on the computer screen, candidates can fill in the manual option form. It will save candidates time.
Stage 5 - Process to be followed for exercising options on web/ Internet
Candidates can enter the options from home or from internet cafe or from any help line centre
Steps to be followed for entering the options on web
Visit the official website/ Entering the URL through internet
Step 1 - Entering the URL through internet
Double click on (Internet explorer/ Google chrome)
Make sure that the computer which one is using contains Windows 7 operating system, Internet explorer version 9.0 or above.
Now enter URL or website address (apicet.nic.in)
After entering above provided website address, candidates will be land up on home page which will contain the links regarding the information such as list of courses, AP ICET counselling 2020 procedure, list of helpline centres, college profile etc
Step 2 - Generation of Password
Now candidates need to click on “Candidates Registration” button to generate a password. Enter all the details such as Registration Number, Rank, Hall ticket number, Date of birth (DD/MM/YYYY format) as printed on the receipt of the certificate given on certificate verification
Now click on “Generate Password” button
In the “Password” box, candidates need to enter the password (which should be 8 character length and a maximum of 10 with at least one numerical)
Now re-enter the same password in “Re-enter password” box
Enter the same mobile number which one have provided at the time of certificate verification
Now click on “Save Password” button
Click on the “LogOut” tab. By doing this candidates registration is completed and candidates will come back to the home page
Step 3 - Option Entry
After completion of registration and generation of password, now click on Candidates Login for exercising the options. Login ID is a secret number that will be communicated to candidates registered mobile by SMS. If in case candidates haven’t received login ID or have forgotten it, candidates will have to send an SMS from candidates registered mobile to 8790499899 in the format of APICET01 (Hall Ticket number)
To enter your option entry screen, enter Login ID, Hall Ticket Number, Password and Date of Birth and click on the Sign In button.
In case a candidate needs any explanation about a different menu click on “Help Screen”. Read all the explanation about various menu items, and click on “Click here to enter options'' button, It will display the screen which will consist of various districts along with checkboxes
Candidates can choose one or more district to display the colleges in that district
Now click on “Display Option Entry form” for exercising the options
In the screen different colours are used for display of Girl Colleges, University and Minority Institutions etc
Now enter hall ticket number in the box provided
By already filled manual option form, candidates need to enter the option numbers in the boxes on the screen against the course and college in which candidates are interested to join
Step 4 - Logout
After completion of option entry, candidates need to click on “Logout”, it displays an alert message with three buttons such as “Save and Logout”, “COnfirm Logout” and “Cancel Logout”
Click on “Cancel Logout” to retains the option entry form to add some more options
Click on “Save & Logout” button to save the options
Click on “Confirm Logout” button- It will directly display the details of saved options
Stage 5 - Final allotment of seats
The allotment of seat will be processed on the date mentioned in the notification based on category, merit, local area, sex, special reservation category etc. Candidates will have to download the allotment order via “Candidate Login”

The system will generate a new password which will be sent to mobile number or to the registered email address. Yes, you can prepare for both exams.
First of all, almost every competitive exams syllabus is same only minor topics add/deduct or level is low/high but don't panic about it.
If you have made up your mind to do so, then you must decide the APICET but with dedication you have to surrender completely for both exams.

'Affix a recent color photograph' means attach your current coloured photograph which must be in the required format and 'get attested by principal of college where you study' means you have to get it signed by your principal to proof that this is genuine.

there is no any official statement has been out about the postponement of APICET 2020 , APICET 2020 is scheduled to be on 25 july 2020 , admit card will release before 2 days of exam that is on july 23, 2020 , i would suggest you keep continuing your preparation and stay updated with the official website.
