The NTA or National Testing Agency is responsible for the Common University Entrance Test for Undergraduates (CUET UG). It is under this banner that we have the CUET BBA registration process. The CUET BBA application form 2026 will open on the official website, cuet.nta.nic.in. An online submission of the CUET UG application form commencing roughly around the start of March 2026, and the CUET BBA 2026 registration process closing around the end of March 2026. Read this article carefully to know how to fill CUET BBA form, documents required, CUET UG application fee, etc.
Despite the rather tight deadlines that NTA will be imposing, there is always a leeway of an extra two days of extension on the CUET UG 2026 registration date as well as the payment deadline for the CUET application.
The CUET BBA registration page will be released as a link featured on the “Latest News” ribbon when the application date commences in March 2026. Furthermore, the CUET BBA form filling guidelines as well as the opening and closing date, the last date for payment and the extension dates for the application form will be attached in the form of documents in the “Public Notice” section of the homepage of CUET UG, https://cuet.nta.nic.in/
The CUET BBA form can be filled over online mode on the official website. The application fee for the CUET BBA registration starts at Rs. 1000/- for the General (UR) category.
The CUET UG 2026 registration date expected for BBA will commence at the beginning of March 2026 and will close by the end of the month. It is important to keep a track of the CUET UG registration date to avoid missing out. The “Public Notice” section of the official website continues to update the details regarding the application dates as well, particularly the extension of the CUET UG 2026 registration date to apply as well as the correction window for the said form.

Candidates who intend to take the CUET BBA 2026 application are advised to go through the eligibility criteria prior to applying. As it stands there currently is no age limit specified for candidates. In the place of not having an age limit candidates are required to verify the potential eligibility criteria pertaining to their previous education. While the age limit is no bar in the CUET BBA Application, the candidates must be aware of the potential age limit that is specified by the individual Universities and Institutes.
The list of qualifying criteria for the CUET BBA Application is as follows:
CUET BBA registration recognizes the final examination of the 10+2 system, conducted by any recognized Central/ State Board, such as the Central Board of Secondary Education, New Delhi; Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations, New Delhi.
Candidates from Intermediate or two-year Pre-University examination conducted by a recognized Board/University.
The Final examination of the two-year course of the Joint Services Wing of the National Defence Academy
Besides, Senior Secondary School Examination conducted by the National Institute of Open Schooling with a minimum of five subjects can apply
Any Public School/ Board/ University examination in India or any foreign country is recognized as equivalent to the 10+2 system by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU).
Higher Secondary Certificate Vocational Examination.
A Diploma recognized by AICTE or a State board of technical education of at least 3 years duration.
General Certificate Education (GCE) examination (London/Cambridge/Sri Lanka) at the Advanced (A) level.
High School Certificate Examination of the Cambridge University or International Baccalaureate Diploma of the International Baccalaureate Office, Geneva.
In case the Class 12 Examination is not a public examination, the candidate must have passed at least one public (Board or Pre-University) examination earlier

The candidates who are filling up the CUET UG Application form for BBA are advised by NTA to read the Information Bulletin prior to filling the form. This should provide much needed clarification about the subjects offered, eligibility and other requirements stipulated by the entrance exam. One of these requirements includes having to upload documents to the application page.
Candidates who are applying for CUET BBA 2026 need to upload the scanned images of their Photograph, Signature and PwD/PwBD certificates. The requirements for the listed documents are as follows:
Photograph
In case of the photograph, candidates will have to upload the JPEG/JPG format photo that was taken recently. The photo may be in colour or B/W (Black and White) provided it shows 80% face with a mask and with the features of the face, including the ears being visible against a white background.
The size of the scanned photograph should be between 10 kb to 200 kb (clearly visible). Furthermore, the photograph should be named as ‘ _Photo' and uploaded in a JPG/JPEG format.
Signature
Secondly, the candidate is required to upload a scanned copy of their signature. The scanned signature should once again, be in JPG/JPEG format (clearly legible).
The file should be named “(First two characters of candidate name)_Signature” and be in JPG/JPEG format between 10 kb to 50 kb.
PwD/PwBD Certificate
The candidate must upload a scanned copy of the PwD/PwBD/UDID certificate. The scanned copy of the aforementioned certificates should be named as “first two characters of candidate name)_PwDCertificate” and in pdf format between 50 kb to 300 kb.
The candidate has to upload only their signature, photograph and PwD and PwBD certificate wherever applicable in the correct or proper manner. If the signature/photo or credentials of someone other than the candidates has been uploaded, it will be taken under penalty of Unfair Means (UFM).
Candidates who are up for the CUET BBA form filling need to register for the Online Application form and note down the system generated application number. These details would be used again when filling the Online Application Form. Candidates also need to create a secure password and a relevant security password and question. The Application number given to the candidate is vital given that it would be used for all future correspondence during the CUET BBA Admission.
With the system generated application number they can then complete the application process that includes filling up personal details, educational qualification,university/ programme selection, test paper details, choosing the Examination Cities, and uploading the images and documents. The steps to filling up the application form are as follows.
Access the official website of CUET UG and select the application option in the “Latest News” ribbon or the “Public Notice” section.
Select the option for “New Registration”. The page will open on to an instruction page that provides details for completing the registration to CUET UG and for filling the application. Candidates are advised to go through the instructions prior to starting the CUET BBA form filing.
Fill in the personal details for the registration form, along with the Present Address, Communication Address and create a Password. Review the online registration form and complete the SMS authentication page of the online application form registration.
After generating the application number and password, proceed with the completion of the application form by clicking on “Complete Application form”. The page will show the status of completion for the application form.
Finish entering the Personal Credentials in the application form, such as Social Category, Disability Details etc.

Candidates then need to enter the APAAR ID
The next step that follows is that candidates enter the Examination center and question paper medium details on the related page of the application form.
After which the candidate can enter their qualification and education details, as per the marksheet or certificate of their recent education.
There is an additional option that asks for clarification if the candidate is a twin or not. Enter the relevant information accordingly.
Enter the Emergency contact details of the parents or the guardians of the candidate
After entering the details, the candidate will have to authenticate them, this goes for the Mobile Number and Email.
Uploading of the necessary documents by the candidate, this includes the Passport Size Photograph, and Scanned copy of the candidate’s Signature.
Candidates can then approach the review page of the online application form. All the details that were entered in the prior steps are up for review on this page of the application form. Candidates can verify their entered details and check for any possible errors.
After finishing the review of the application form candidates can then move on to the authentication of the registered e-mail ID which can be done by providing the registered email ID and verifying it by CAPTCHA.
Lastly the candidate can finish the submission of the application form by completing the fee payment. They can choose from four listed options.

After the final payment of the fees, the portal will display the confirmation page, candidates are advised to take a copy of the confirmation page for future reference.

The correction in the particulars provided in the CUET BBA 2026 application form can be done when the portal opens for CUET BBA application corrections in the last week of March 2026 right after the closure of the fee payment submission. Candidates also need to remember that NTA will not be entertaining any corrections sent by a candidate through, Post, Fax, WhatsApp, E-mail and/or by Hand.
Final correction for the CUET UG 2026 registration BBA will be applicable only after making any payments necessary to cover the change in the fee amount. However, if the fee after correction were to lessen, the excess amount will not be refunded.
