Karnataka Management Aptitude Test (KMAT) is conducted for admission to the postgraduate program of management of the participating institutes of KMAT 2020. B-schools that will accept the KMAT score for admission are known as participating institutes of KMAT 2020. More than 170 KMAT 2020 participating institutes will be accepting KMAT scores. KMAT Selection Procedure 2020
Post the declaration of the result, candidates will have to apply for the KMAT 2020 participating institute in which they desire to take admission. Candidates who will meet the selection procedure of KMAT 2020 of the participating institutions will be shortlisted to appear for the selection rounds. As per the selection procedure of KMAT 2020 candidates will be assessed on the basis of various skills such as academic, speaking, and personality.
KMAT participating institutes 2020 will not conduct the centralized selection process. Each institute will conduct the KMAT 2020 selection procedure differently through the following rounds:
Written Ability Test (WAT)
Based on the candidate’s performance in the above rounds, students will be offered admission on the basis of the score obtained.

Can anyone describe kmat admission process in detail
To secure a seat through KMAT exam score, one need to qualify the exam, and after qualifying the exam, the KMAT selection procedure will begin, selection will be done on the basis of the performance of candidate in the exam and cutoffs of colleges accepting KMAT score.
College accepting KMAT exam will shortlist the candidates on the basis of KMAT score.
The selection procedure is as below:
Step 1: The merit list will released by KMAT participating institute of the shortlisted candidates, those who qualified KMAT exam.
Step 2: The selection round will be conducting by the respective Participating institutes, the selection round will further consist of two other rounds, those are Group Discussion/ Written Ability Test and personal interview
Step 3: Those students who qualify both of these rounds will further need to carry the necessary documents for verification purpose for final admission:
Marksheet of class 10th and 12th
KMAT admit card 2021
Graduation certificate/ marksheet
Provisional admission letter
Caste certificate (if applicable)

KMAT is the entry test of the Masters of Business Administration (MBA) and Master of Computer Applications (MCA) programme for KMAT, Karnataka Private Postgraduate College Association (KPPGCA). The group consists of around 169 institutions.
The Karnataka management aptitude test had more than 9,000 students (KMAT)
N. Prakash, Association Secretary, said the response of approximately 7,000 students to the exam was better this year compared with the previous year.
Of this year's 11,200 university students, 9184 were registered.

I want to join a bangalore college for MCA for which i have to give KMAT exam which will be conducted on 7 NOV. but all my regional colleges are starting soon. What should i do should i wait for KMAT or join colleges like jecrc or poornima of jaipur?

With reference to your query, I would glad inform you that you should freeze your seat in JERC that will be a good option by paying some fees and side by side prepare for your entrance since very colleges accept kmat dont take any risk if by any chances things doesnt go well in KMAT then you will have a backup for JERC

Karnataka Management Aptitude Test or (KMAT) is conducted all over India every year to offer admissions in postgraduate courses. More than 170 colleges in Bangalore and other districts of Karnataka use scores of KMAT for filling up the seats in various courses.

When will be the authorities releasing the application form for the second session kmat exam?
KMAT (Kerala Management Aptitude Test) held twice in a year. The exam for the first phase was held on April 11th. But till then no notification has been released by the concerned authorities regarding the Phase 2nd dates. But do have a look at the expected important dates regarding KMAT phase 2nd 2021,
1. Commencement of Application process- Last week of May, 2021
2. Last date to register for KMAT- June, 2021
3. Availability of Admit Card- Last week of June, 2021
4. Conducting date of Exam- July 2021
Kindly fill up your form without any error because you won't be able make any corrections in KMAT Application form. If you're a General Category Candidate then you will have to pay INR 1000 and INR 750 if you believe to Reserved category.
