The candidates will be selected on the basis of their performance in the KMAT exam. More than 169 B-schools of Karnataka and Bengaluru will accept the KMAT 2025 score. KMAT Selection Procedure 2025

KMAT selection procedure 2025 will commence after the participating institutes of KMAT 2025 release the list of shortlisted candidates. On the basis of their KMAT scores, candidates will be shortlisted for the KMAT 2025 selection procedure.

KMAT Selection Procedure 2025

After the declaration of the KMAT result, the institutes that accept the KMAT score will begin the selection procedure for KMAT 2025. Candidates must note that the centralized procedure for admission will not be carried out at the participating institutes.

Step 1 - The KMAT merit list will be prepared after the declaration of the KMAT 2025 result. The merit list for KMAT will include the names of candidates who have qualified for the examination and are shortlisted for selection rounds.

Step 2 - The participating institutes of KMAT 2025 will conduct selection rounds as per the admission criteria of the respective institutes. The KMAT 2025 selection procedure for the participating institutes will consist of the following rounds:

  • Group Discussion/Written Ability Test (WAT)
  • Personal Interview

Step 3 - Shortlisted candidates who clear the selection procedure for KMAT 2025 as per the admission criteria of the participating institutes will be offered final admission. For final admission, students will be required to carry the following documents for the verification process:

  • Marksheet of class 10th and 12th
  • KMAT admit card
  • KMAT scorecard
  • Graduation certificate or marksheet
  • Provisional admission letter
  • Transfer certificate
  • Medical certificate
  • Character certificate
  • Caste certificate (if any)
  • Passport-size photographs
  • Bank draft
