Although the original schedule to start KMAT application process 2017 was May 20, the process was postponed till three days without any prior information. The last date to fill KMAT 2017 application form was July 16 which had been postponed until July 21. It is important for test takers to first register for the entrance exam to be able to take the KMAT. The application cum registration process is done both online as well as offline. The registration fee for the entrance exam is Rs. 1000 which can be paid online as well as in form of Demand Draft (DD). Before filling KMAT application form 2017, candidates must first check whether they are eligible for the exam, as only eligible candidates will be allowed to sit for the entrance exam. As per the KMAT eligibility criteria 2017, a candidate must have a bachelor’s degree with 50% marks. KMAT aspirants can fill the application form from this page itself.

Below test takers can go through the KMAT 2017 application form instructions to avoid any hassle when filling the application form of the entrance exam.

 

KMAT Registration Mode and Fee:

Online Mode

  • Candidates who want to opt for online mode can apply online by visiting the KMAT official website.

  • Registration fee can be paid online.

Offline Mode

  • Candidates can visit the official website and choose the offline mode registration and download the KMAT application form 2017.
  • The fee for application form of KMAT 2017 can be paid via Demand Draft (DD) of Rs. 800 in favor of ‘KMAT 2017’.

After candidates fill up the online registration form of KMAT 2017, they must paste a passport size photo and sign where space is provided. It is recommended that test takers take a photocopy of the application form and DD as an evidence of acknowledgment. Also, candidates must keep a note of the application number as it will be the only source to track down the application form after they post the KMAT 2017 application form.

KMAT 2017 Application Form Guidelines

  • Candidate’s Name: Fill the complete name as mentioned in the High School and graduation certificates.

  • Date of Birth (DOB): Must be mentioned in the format of DD/MM/YYYY.

  • Nativity by Domicile/Birth: Tick on the appropriate box, which specifies that whether you are Karnataka or Non-Karnataka state student.

  • Gender: Male or Female

  • Category Details: Mention the category you belong to

  • Applying for: Tick beside the name of the course you are applying to

  • Institution last studied: mention the Name of the Institute you have studied along with Year of Passing.

  • Stream: Tick stream which you have studied

  • Postal address: Mention the complete postal address for further communication

  • Test Centre: Students must select the nearest Exam Centre

  • DD Details: mention all the relevant Demand Draft details under this section.

  • Photo and signature: Candidates have to scan passport size photograph (Maximum 500 KB) and signature (500 KB) before starting the application process

According to the official information, as a confirmation of the registration candidates will receive a unique ID after successfully submitting and making the payments for KMAT registration on their registered mail id. For candidates who submitted the KMAT application form 2017 offline will also receive a unique ID on their registered mail id.

 

However, candidates must know that only registered test takers will be able to download the KMAT admit card 2017 and appear for the entrance exam.

KMAT Admit Card 2017 has been made available for download from July 27, 2017, onwards. Karnataka Management Aptitude Test (KMAT) is an All India level management entrance test for candidates who want to pursue management programmes in Bangalore and Karnataka. The entrance exam was established in 2003 to facilitate B-schools for admission to AICTE approved MBA, PGDM and MCA programs in Bangalore and rest of Karnataka institutes. KMAT is conducted once in a year by the conducting body- Karnataka Private Post Graduate Colleges Association (KPPGCA).
