Visit the official website - kmatindia.com. Application form can also be filled and submitted through the link on this page when it is released by KPPGCA.
Click on the ‘Apply now’ tab on the homepage.
Candidates will be redirected to an instructions page where they can either Register or Login.
Those candidates who have registered earlier have to fill their application number and date of birth in order to login.
First-time applicants need fill the required details and pay the exam fee of Rs. 800 through debit/credit card/ Netbanking and other modes of online payment mentioned.
How to fill KMAT 2019 Application form - Offline Mode
Visit the official website kmatindia.com, choose the offline mode registration and download the KMAT application form 2019.
After taking a printout of the application document, candidates may fill it up after referring to the guidelines in the section below on ‘details to be filled in KMAT Application Form 2019’.
The application fee of KMAT exam can be paid via Demand Draft (DD) of Rs. 800 in favour of ‘KMAT 2019’. The DD of the said amount can be prepared at any Nationalized Bank.
Once the registration form of KMAT 2019 is complete, paste a passport size photo and sign where space is provided.
Take a photocopy of the application form and DD as evidence of acknowledgement.
Keep a note of the application number generated as it will be used to track down the application form after they post the KMAT 2019 application form.

Candidate’s Name: Complete name as mentioned in the High School and graduation certificates must be filled.
Date of Birth (DOB): Must be mentioned in the format of DD/MM/YYYY.
Nativity by Domicile/Birth: Tick on the appropriate box, which specifies that whether you are Karnataka or Non-Karnataka state student.
Gender: Male or Female
Category Details: Mention the category you belong to (General/SC/ST etc.)
Applying for: Tick beside the name of the course you are applying to, i.e. MBA.
Institution last studied: mention the Name of the Institute you have studied along with Year of Passing.
Stream: Tick stream which you have studied.
Postal address: Mention the complete postal address for further communication.
Test Centre: Students must select the nearest Exam Centre.
DD Details: mention all the relevant Demand Draft details under this section.
KMAT 2019 Application Form Guidelines
Photo and signature: Scanned passport size photograph must be of the prescribed format. Maximum size of photograph is 500 KB and of signature is 500 KB before starting the application process.
A unique ID will be generated after successfully submitting and making the payments for KMAT registration on their registered mail ID.
Only registered test takers will be able to download the KMAT admit card 2019 and appear for the entrance exam.
Candidates must note the important dates of KMAT 2019 to keep track of all the processes. The admit card will be available for download from first week of August onwards.
