The Maharashtra State CET Cell will soon announce the MAH BBA CET 2025 counselling dates online. The MAH BBA CET counselling 2025 schedule will be released at the official website - cetcell.mahacet.org. The state CET cell will conduct the counselling as Centralised Admission Process called CAP. The MAH BBA CET 2025 counselling is expected to be held in June/July as the MAH BBA CET 2025 results was declared on June 4. Candidates need to register for MAH BBA CET 2025 CAP as per the schedule that will be released. Aspirants have to use their login Id and password to register for the MAH BBA CET CAP 2025.

What is CAP round in MAH BBA CET Counselling 2025?
CET Cell Maharashtra will conduct the counselling process in online mode through Centralised Admission Portal (CAP). Aspirants who qualified the entrance exam need to register online for MAH BBA CET CAP round. Based on the marks obtained in the entrance exam, the authorities will release the merit list. Aspirants shortlisted will have to submit their preferred course and college within the specified time. Based on the choice filling, MAH BBA CET seat allocation will be done. The participating institutes of MAH CET BBA 2025 will release individual cutoffs based on each round of counselling that will be conducted.
MAH BBA CET Counselling 2025: Steps by step procedure
The MAH BBA CET counselling process will be conducted in multiple rounds. In order to confirm their admission, candidates have to undergo certain levels such as filling out the application form, paying the counselling fee, scan and upload the required documents, seat allotment, etc. Candidates will have to report to the Facilitation centre (FC) that they have been allotted to complete the process.
The provisional merit list of candidates will be released on the CAP website.
Candidates are to submit the grievances, if any in a limited notice period.
No changes are allowed/accepted after the notice period.
The final merit list will be displayed on the website.
The seat matrix will be displayed on the website (institute’s information, courses offered, Sanctioned intake, and number of seats available for each category) before each CAP round.
Candidates may fill in a minimum of 1 and a maximum of 300 choices of Institutes and Courses in decreasing order of their preference.
MAH BBA CET merit list 2025
The authorities will release the the MAH BBA CET 2025 merit list on the official website. The provisional merit list will be released in October 2025 tentatively. The students will be able to find the final merit list for BBA MAH CET under the links available in important links menu. Students need to submit their application id and date of birth to check the merit list.

The seat allotment rounds schedule for MAH BBA CET 2025 are yet to be announced. The students will be able to check the seat allotment results at the official website. To check the MAH CET seat allotment results the students need to take the following steps.
- Visit the official website of MAH CET - https://bbabcacap24.mahacet.org/Public/Home.aspx
- Click on the login option available on the top right corner.
- Provide the login ID and password generated during registration.
- Provide the captcha given correctly.
- Once logged in the students can access the seat allotment results.
