The MAH MBA CET on 7th April 2026 (Day 2) exam felt moderately difficult, same direction as the previous day. This second day, of the examination kinda helped to confirm the exam pattern, the question trends, and even the overall difficulty level.
The paper pattern was kinda similar to the Day 1 shifts, not much real surprises.
Overall difficulty was easy-to-moderate, still the paper felt lengthy, so time management was the main thing.
The exam was attemptable , but it took time, so you needed smart question selection.
In Logical Reasoning there weren’t any puzzles, which feels unusual compared to the earlier CET trends.
This paper seemed to prefer students who stayed accuracy-first , and did strategic attempts not just speed.
RC passages and LR singlets went up , and that raised the time pressure overall.
So, it’s like, “lengthy but manageable” for candidates who are actually well prepared.
VARC was kind of grammar-heavy, so it was scoring for the students who had strong fundamentals in place. There were 4 Reading Comprehension passages asked, each with 5 questions (so, 20 questions in total) , and overall difficulty on RCs looked like this:
3 passages were easy to moderate, 1 passage felt slightly difficult. The RC parts were easy to understand but they were also lengthy, so they ate up a lot of time, more than you would expect.
Grammar gave around 15–16 questions, mostly error detection and sentence correction. Vocabulary had roughly 8–10 questions, covering synonyms, antonyms, and also usage-focused items. So question selection really mattered, in particular for RC, since the passages took time.
Overall: easy to moderate but definitely time-consuming.

The LR section sort of consisted mainly of standalone (singlet) questions. Around 20+ of those singlet ones were asked; that’s what it felt like. I didn’t see any puzzles, which is kinda a major shift from the usual expected pattern.
Key things that came up were Seating Arrangement at a basic level, Ranking and ordering, plus Critical Reasoning. The singlet questions themselves seemed lengthy, so you had to read carefully, with proper attention.
Because there were no puzzles, the whole thing became pretty predictable, but also a bit time-consuming, maybe due to the reading load.
Overall difficulty-wise: Easy to Moderate.
Followed a standard CET pattern, similar to previous slots.
Major topics included:
Counting figures (triangles, squares, rectangles)
Odd one out
Missing figure / pattern completion
Questions were easy and scoring.
Required quick observation skills rather than calculations.

QA was easy to moderate in difficulty but lengthy, requiring time management.

The MAH MBA CET 2026 Day 2 Slot 2 exam kinda kept the same pattern as the prior slots, but felt a bit more on the easier side. Still, even with that moderate difficulty level, the question paper was long and quite time-consuming, so for many candidates, time management became the real problem, and not just in small ways.
