TANCET 2026 Eligibility Criteria

Anna University specified the eligibility criteria of TANCET MBA. As per the TANCET MBA 2026, candidates must check for the following:

• Candidates must have completed graduation with a minimum of three years of education.
• An aspirant must have scored a minimum of 50% in aggregate in the qualifying examination
• Students belonging to the reserved category will be given 5% relaxation.
• Students must fulfil any of the following patterns to apply for TANCET MBA 2026
  • 10 + 2 + 3 or 4 years pattern
  • 10 + 3 years Diploma + 3 years pattern
  • B.E/ B.Tech/ B.Arch/ B.Pharm
  • 10 + 2 + AMIE
  • 10 + 3 years diploma + AMIE

TANCET Application Form 2026

Anna University has opened the TANCET MBA 2026 application window on March 16, 2026. Candidates can fill out the application form for the TANCET MBA in online mode. Students can also check the final application status and make corrections to the application form in April 2026. Steps to Fill TANCET Application Form 2026

Step 1: Visit the official website of Anna University, tancet.annauniv.edu and click on the ‘Register’ tab
Step 2: Enter personal details and click on the ‘Submit’ button
Step 3: Now login credentials will be generated
Step 4: Re-login by using the provided credentials
Step 5: The Screen will display the application form of TANCET MBA 2026
Step 6: Enter the following details in the application form:

• Candidate's name (In block letter)
• Enter Date of Birth
• Candidates gender
• Valid Email ID
• Past and Present Academic Details
• Upload a recent passport-size photograph (jpg/jpeg) format (file size: maximum 25 KB)
• Review all the entered details
• Now Click on the ‘Submit’ button

Step 7: Pay the amount of the application of Rs 1000/- (for SC/ST/SCA: Rs 500/-) by online mode.

TANCET Application Fee 2026

TANCET Admit Card 2026

Anna University will issue the TANCET 2026 admit card in online mode on its official website around April 2026. Candidates can download the TANCET MBA hall ticket in the online mode by entering their TANCET MBA login credentials, email address and password. The TANCET MBA 2026 admit card is an important document that has to be carried along with a valid ID proof compulsorily on the day of the examination.

• Every question carries 1 mark.
• For every correct answer, candidates will be awarded a +1 mark.
• For every incorrect answer, a ⅓ mark will be deducted.
• Multiple shadings of answers will be treated as wrong ones, and ⅓ marks will be deducted.

TANCET Result 2026

The results of the TANCET 2026 MBA entrance exam will be announced by Anna University in online mode around June 2026. The TANCET MBA result is available in the form of a scorecard. Students can download the TANCET scorecard from the official website by entering their login credentials created at the time of registration. Candidates must retain the scorecard of TANCET MBA 2026 till the admission process is over. Students can also issue a duplicate mark sheet by paying a charge of Rs. 100 in the form of a demand draft (DD). The scorecard for TANCET 2026 will be available from May to June 2026.

TANCET Cutoff 2026

After the declaration of the TANCET MBA result, the participating B-schools will release the cutoff for TANCET MBA. Students must obtain the minimum marks as mentioned in the TANCET MBA cutoff to be eligible for admission. The TANCET MBA 2026 cutoff is prepared on the basis of the following parameters:

• Total number of applicants
• Number of candidates who appeared in the entrance test
• Availability of seats
• Past year cutoff trends
• Difficulty level of the entrance exam

TANCET Counselling 2026

Anna University will release the schedule of TANCET MBA counselling. The TANCET rank list will be published in July 2026. Students will be required to fill out the registration form for TANCET MBA counselling 2026 to appear for the process.
