VIT NMAT cutoff will soon be released for the candidates seeking admission to its MBA programs. The VIT NMAT cutoff for 2025 is expected to be around the 75 to 80 percentile range. The final-year students can also apply given that they fulfill the eligibility criteria at the time of admission. Other than NMAT VIT also accepts scores of other MBA entrance exams such as CAT, XAT, MAT, GMAT, CMAT, and ATMA. Candidates with a valid score for any of these entrance exams can apply to VIT for admission to its two-year MBA program. VIT also has a provision for scholarships in terms of fee waiver for candidates with exceptional performance in any of the MBA entrance exams.

The selection criteria for the VIT MBA program is a two-step process. The first step involves shortlisting candidates for the Personal Interview round based on the VIT NMAT cutoff. Candidates with scores of different MBA entrance exams will be shortlisted as the best score out of all. The second step is the conduction of the Personal Interview by the panel of experts appointed by the selection committee. Work experience will be an added advantage. Finally, the candidates will be selected based on their performance in the interview round and the entrance score.

The usual NMAT cutoff ranges from 150-240, depending on the selectivity of the college, the quality and reputation of program, and the number of students applying through NMAT.
The average salary is Rs. 9.68 LPA and the highest salary for the 2023 batch in placement offers was Rs. 15 LPA. The total fee for a two-year MBA at VIT is around Rs. 7 lakhs. Candidates with CAT/XAT/GMAT scores of 95 percentile and above are eligible for a full tuition fee waiver. CAT/XAT/GMAT scores of 90 percentile and above are eligible for a 50% tuition fee waiver. MAT scores of 791 to 800 are eligible for a full tuition fee waiver. MAT scores of 760 to 790 are eligible for a 50% tuition fee waiver. NMAT scores of 346 to 360 are eligible for a full tuition fee waiver. NMAT scores of 325 to 345 are eligible for a 50% tuition fee waiver.
VIT accepts NMAT scores for admission to its MBA program. Candidates with a valid scorecard for the NMAT exam can apply to VIT given that they clear the VIT NMAT cutoff for selection.
Candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree with 60% marks or equivalent CGPA. The qualification criteria are relaxed by 10% in UG degree for applicants belonging to SC / ST and applicants hailing from Jammu & Kashmir, Ladakh, and the North Eastern states of Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Sikkim and Tripura.

The application dates for MBA (Law) 2026–28 batch are not announced yet.
Since you are appearing for NMAT, you can expect the forms to be released around the time of NMAT registrations , which usually begin in August. Most likely, the applications will open by August or September 2025.
You should keep checking the official admission website of the college for exact updates.

It is anticipated that the Shiv Nadar NMAT cutoff score for the MBA program will be higher than 200. Applicants at Shiv Nadar University who have an NMAT score of 200 or higher (after normalization) should anticipate receiving an invitation to the Personal Interview phase.
So with 182 marks in NMAT, it is very difficult to get a call from Shiv Nadar University.
