Step 4 - Click on it. A new form will be opened.
Step 5 - Fill in all the required information, such as:
- Name
- Email Address
- Mobile No.
- Date of Birth (click on the calendar given with the field of DOB and Select Date from this calendar in DD/MM/YYYY format)
- Degree Type
Select Degree/ Program from the drop-down menu.
Step 6 - Select the problem area from the drop-down menu: select admit card issue
- Registration Number
- Problem Details (Mention what error is on admit card)
Step 7 - Click on the ‘Choose Document’ tab. Select the file as a Proof for information needs to be changed (Soft copy showing Right Information)
Step 8 - Click on the ‘SAVE’ Button.
Step 9 - A confirmation will be sent to your email address. You can check the status of the reported Problem by clicking on ‘Check Status’ displayed on the same webpage

Hello,
Himachal Pradesh University Management Aptitude Test 2022 will take place on 26.05.2022. This is tentative date and might change based on any further announcement so you will have to keep yourself updated. The eligibility criteria for the HPU MAT is that a candidate should have completed graduation from a recognized university with atleast 50% marks (45% for SC ST).

Himachal Pradesh University BUISNESS School has extended the application form filling allowance upto June 11th. The last date to fill the form earlier was 30th of May which is successfully officially extended now.
