Stage 1- IIM Selection Criteria for Shortlisting to Personal Appearance (PI) Process
The cutoff percentile marks for IIM Udaipur eligibility for the Personal Appearance (PA) process in the three sections and the total CAT 2024 percentile for different categories of candidates are listed in the table.
IIM Udaipur will decide all the requirements for the MBA programme and the final shortlisted candidates who will be called for the Personal Appearance (PA) process on the basis of criteria. If the actual number of shortlisted candidates is found to be less or more, then in such case authorities will be called for PI round category-wise. In this scenario, the section-wise and overall minimum score will be reduced or increased to admit the desired number of candidates.

After the IIM Udaipur admission process, if a candidate gets confirmation, he or she needs to accept that offer within the stipulated time and send the offer acceptance and an amount of Rs. 1,00,000. If a candidate wishes to withdraw the offer, they must do so within the stipulated date and time. The offer acceptance fee will be refunded after deducting Rs 1000 as a processing fee.
If a candidate wants to withdraw their admission after the specified date, then no refund will be admissible. For those who accept the offer, their offer acceptance amount will be adjusted to the term-I fee. But after registration, if a candidate wants to withdraw their admission, no refund of the offer acceptance and term fee will be entertained.
Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Udaipur, will release the fee structure for its MBA 2025–27 batch after the declaration of the final result. As per past year trends, all shortlisted candidates were required to pay a total of Rs 17,80,400. In the fee structure of IIM Udaipur, they will mention term-wise fees to be paid by the shortlisted candidates.
IIM fee structure will include tuition fees, mess and hostel charges, as well as stationary charges. At the beginning of the admission process, one will have to pay an acceptance fee of Rs 75,000, which will be adjusted in the term-1 fee.
The registration process for IIM Udaipur CAP will start after the CAT 2024 result declared.
Candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of CAT score followed by Written Ability Test (WAT) and Personal Interview (PI) round through CAP 2025.
