CAT 2019 Latest News and Updates - Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode is conducting CAT 2019 in computer-based mode on November 24. The first slot of the exam concluded at 12 PM. As per the exam analysis of CAT 2019 for slot 1, it was moderately difficult. The authorities are conducting the entrance exam in computer-based mode in two slots. The response sheet of CAT 2019 will be released soon after the exam and candidates will get an opportunity to challenge it within the specified time frame. On the basis of the response sheet, MBA coaching institute like T.I.M.E. and Career Launcher will release the answer key of CAT 2019 to help the candidates to estimate their score. The final CAT 2019 answer key will be released tentatively in the first week of December. The biggest MBA entrance exam with over two lakh test takers is the gateway to admissions in 20 IIMs with over 4000 seats and more than 100 B-schools across India. The CAT result 2019 will be declared sometime between January 6 and 10. The application process for CAT commenced from August 7, 2019, and ended on September 25. The application fee remained unchanged to Rs 1900 for General and NC-OBC category candidates and it is 950 for reserved category candidates.
The number of cities for CAT 2019 exam centres has increased to 156 as compared to 147 last year and the exam will be held in 376 test cities while in 2018 it was held in 374 test centres. In 2017, the test was conducted in 140 cities. CAT 2019 exam pattern has remained the same as last year. IIM Kozhikode has released the CAT 2019 result on January 4, 2020. All registered candidates can check and download their scorecard by using their login credentials, such as User ID and Password.

Date: September 18, 2019A day prior to the original CAT 2018 application deadline, IIM Kozikhode extended the last date of application to September 25, 2019. The original application deadline was September 18, 2019. It was also announced in the official website that the candidates who have uploaded improper/blur photograph, could re-upload their photograph from September 28, 10 AM to September 30, till 5 PM. Only candidates who have applied by paying the application fee would be eligible for this.

For getting in top B-schools of India like IIM-A, IIM-B, IIM-C, FMS Delhi etc. you need good marks not only in in CAT but also in Class 10th, 12th and your graduation. If you have some work experience then it gives you more advantages.

Till now IIT Delhi has not released its cut-off for CAT for admission to MBA courses. According to last year's trend you should score more than 90 percentile if you belongs to general category and want to pursue MBA from IIT Delhi.
