MICA and IRMA do not have a particular CAT cut off but accepts the application of all the candidates who have taken CAT and other national MBA entrance exam and further conducts its own admission test MICAT and IRMA Issues of Social Concern respectively to shortlist candidates for Group Exercise and Personal Interview rounds. According to Alliance School of Business (Alliance University), Bangalore the institute does not have a particular CAT cutoff but 70 percentile and above will give the prospective student a fair chance.
However, there is a caveat. The cut offs of the top B-schools accepting CAT scores is only an indication of the quality of students the institutes look for admitting. Apart from the cut offs there are various criteria for shortlisting and selection such as past academic records, work experience to name a few. Hence it cannot be guaranteed that obtaining the cut off percentile will ensure a call from the B-schools you have applied.

its true that iims and some of other top ranked institute shortlisted candidates as per their academic record and cat or any other management aptitude test score. see right now which of institute name you have mentioned is also comes under tier 1 college. now you need to focus on your presentation skills, communication approach to get shortlisted in final rounds. so keep calm and focus on your goal, I think you will surely crack it.
You can target a few average collges like IBS Hyderabad, mdi murshidabad, amity noida, NBS Ahmedabad, ITM navi mumbai (good colleges)
