The TS ICET 2025 question paper consists of 200 questions divided into three sections - Analytical ability, communication ability and mathematical ability. Candidates completed their respective TS ICET papers within 150 minutes. 1 mark is awarded for each correct answer, while no marks are deducted for incorrect answers.

TS ICET Exam Tie-Breaking Criteria
While finalising the Telangana ICET rank for 70 marks, authorities will apply a tie-breaking policy if two or more candidates have secured the same marks in the TS ICET. The tie-breaking policy for TS ICET is as follows:
- Preference will be given to candidates who have secured more marks in Section A.
- After evading section A marks, if the tie still persists, the authorities will consider the TS ICET section B marks.
- If the tie still persists, then the candidate's age will be determined, and the older one will get the preference.
Note: Those who belong to the reserved category and have the same score are allotted a rank based on their age. Older candidates will be placed higher in the Telangana ICET rank list.
Rank for 70 TG ICET Marks: TS ICET Minimum Qualifying Marks for OC, BC , SC, ST
The total marks for the Telangana ICET exam are 200. Candidates belonging to the general category need to score at least 25% marks, that is, 50 out of 200 in TS ICET 2025. For those who belong to the reserved category (SC/ST), there will be no TS ICET qualifying marks criteria for them.

You have a decent chance for MCA at CBIT,but it's not guaranteed. MCA seats at CBIT are limited and cut-offs vary each year. In previous years the cutoff have been around 4,000 - 6,500. but,various factors like competition,seat availability, reservation affect chances each year .
Attend counsellings,keep backup options,stay flexible with choices and also consider management quota if you strongly prefer CBIT.
