Kakatiya University conducts the TS ICET every year for MCA and MBA admission in Telangana State. TS ICET 2025 will be held tentatively in the first week of June 2025. The result for TS ICET exam will be announced in the second week of June 2025. Candidates who meet the TS ICET cutoff can appear for the TS ICET counselling session by visiting the allotted centres for TS ICET certificate verification. Candidates can make their choices only after the TS ICET certificate verification. TS ICET Document Verification 2025
MBA or MCA aspirants can exercise their choices for MBA/MCA admission in the state of Telangana only based on the TS ICET result. The candidate who achieved a minimum TS ICET qualifying cut off mark is eligible to appear for the TS ICET counselling session. One of the important things to be done in TS ICET counselling is TS ICET certificate verification. Candidates who completed the TS ICET 2025 document verification and got approved can only choose their options for admission.
It is mandatory to carry all the originals and copies of all the documents while coming to the TS ICET certificate verification. Candidates must only submit genuine documents for TS ICET document verification. In case of any fraud attempts identified in the process, the applicants will be disqualified from the TS ICET admission process.

TS ICET Certificate Verification Required Documents
Check out the below necessary documents to be carried out for TS ICET counselling. Candidates from the reserved categories like OBC, SC, ST and PwD must carry the documents to prove their reservation in admission based on the TS ICET score.

ICET rank card.
Passing degree/certificate.
Aadhaar card.
SSC mark sheet/ passing certificate.
Degree provisional passing certificate.
Intermediate or equivalent passing certificate/ mark sheet.
Degree memorandum of marks.
Degree provisional passing certificate.
Transfer certificate (TC).
Bonafide certificate from class 12 to Degree.
Income certificate which should be issued after January 1, 2025, by the competent authority (if applicable).
Residence certificates of candidates for 7 years preceding to qualify for the exam in the case where the candidate has no institutionalised education.
Residence certificate for allotment of unreserved seats.
Caste certificate (applicable for SC/ST/OBC)
PwD certificate (applicable for specially challenged candidates)

How to do the TS ICET Certificate Verification 2025?
The TS ICET document verification is one of the major processes to be done in TS ICET counselling for seat allotment. Candidates can go through the below steps to do the TS ICET certification verification smoothly without any confusion.
Step-by-step guide for TS ICET Certificate Verification
Step 1: Visit the official website of TS ICET counselling, tsicet.nic.in to know the list of documents required for TS ICET certificate verification, schedule and verification centres.
Step 2: Choose a convenient date and time for the TS ICET certificate verification by booking a slot from the TS ICET counselling portal.
Step 3: Arrive at the allotted centre on time with the original and 2 or 3 copies of each document for TS ICET document verification.
Step 4: Submit the academic certificates, income certificates, ID proofs, TS ICET rank card, caste certificates, residence certificates and other documents to the officer. The officials of TSCHE will cross-verify all the documents and provide the verification slip for the next round of counselling.
Step 5: Once the TS ICET document verification is done, candidates can exercise their choice and do the seat allotment. Based on the rank, preference, and availability of seats, the admission committee will offer the seats.
Step 6: Finally, the Admission or the seat will be confirmed only after payment of fees at the allotted college.

Candidates who qualified in the TS ICET exam can appear for the TS ICET counselling for TS ICET document verification. The documents can be verified at any of the following assigned TS ICET Certificate Verification Centres on the allotted date and time. The TS ICET certificate verification must be done only by visiting the TS ICET officials at any of these centres in Telangana.

Yes, you may even withdraw your admission to a college even after you have paid admission charges with the help of TSICET. You could do so through the official cancellation procedure by writing to the concerned college where you wanted to take admission and enclosing necessary documents like the original admission receipt and any other paper work that such a college demands while initiating the refund procedures for fee. Generally refund policies will vary, so always check the specific guidelines of the institution from which you are seeking fee reimbursement.
Special Phase: If any candidate cancels his/her admission, then they can be considered for the counseling again in the special phase of TSICET counseling. This counseling will be done for the candidates who have not even gotten a seat during the earlier stages of counseling and even wish to upgrade their choice college. Please note down the timelines and other requirements so that they can get the better option available for them.

For any state exam you need to provide state caste certificate to get advantage of reservation category.there is no provision for BC sub categories in central list of reservation candidates so you cannot use them for your tsicET exam in Telangana.if you belong to any of these categories and have relevant documents you can obtain caste certificate from telangana government.
