IIM CAT 2026 Exam Dates (Expected)

CAT 2026 Admit Card Date

CAT 2026 admit card date is expected to be around the second week of November 2026. Candidates will be able to download the CAT admit card till the CAT 2026 exam date. The CAT admit card consists of all the details about the CAT entrance test, such as roll number, candidate details, exam venue address, reporting time, and exam day guidelines. Candidates need to carry their CAT admit card along with photo ID proof on the day of the examination.

CAT 2026 Mock Test Date

Before the CAT 2026 exam, an official CAT mock test will likely be available around the second week of November 2026. By taking the CAT mock test, candidates get to know what type of questions will be asked in the CAT exam. Apart from that, candidates also get to know how to navigate between sections and between the particular sections and how they have to answer on the exam day.

CAT 2026 Registration Schedule

IIM Indore will probably open the CAT 2026 registration around August 01, 2026, in online mode at the CAT 2026 official website, iimcat.ac.in. CAT 2026 registration deadline is expected to be around September 2nd week 2026. While filling out the application form for the CAT, candidates will have to provide their past academic qualifications and also will have to pay the CAT exam fee for the same.

Before filling out the CAT application form, candidates need to create login credentials by providing a valid email ID and mobile number. Also, the CAT correction facility to edit the CAT 2026 application form link will be available on the official website.

At the time of filling out the CAT application form, candidates will be required to pay the CAT application fee. Candidates belonging to the general category need to pay Rs 2600, and the reserved category CAT candidates (SC/ ST/ PwD) will have to pay Rs 1300.

CAT 2026 Examination Date and Timings

CAT 2026 exam is expected to be around November 29, 2026. CAT 2026 will be conducted in computer-based mode as per the CAT exam pattern. Those candidates who are willing to appear for the exam must check the CAT exam 2026 date and CAT exam time carefully. The CAT exam is conducted in three slots (morning, afternoon, and evening).

CAT 2026 Answer Key Date

The final CAT 2026 answer key will be released in the first week of December 2026. Candidates who will appear for the CAT 2026 exam can check the same from the official CAT 2026 website. The officials will also open the objection window to raise any discrepancies in the CAT answer key. IIM CAT officials will review all the objections, and if they find any genuine error, then they will specify the same in the final CAT answer key. CAT 2026 Result Announcement

CAT result 2026 will be out online in the last week of December 2026. However, as per the previous year's trends, it is expected that the CAT exam results will be declared after the release of the CAT answer key. Candidates can check their CAT results by entering their login credentials. The CAT result is available in the form of a scorecard, and it will contain the overall and sectional percentiles of CAT 2026. NOTE: The CAT 2026 score validity period is till December 31, 2027.
