IIM CAP 2026 cutoff has been released by the coordinating authority, IIM Bodh Gaya, for the MBA admission 2026-28. General candidates are required to attain an overall IIM CAP CAT 2025 cut off score of 95 percentile, while it is 81 and 66 percentile for candidates belonging to the OBC and SC categories. Additionally, candidates must have completed their bachelor’s degree with 50% marks before getting shortlisted for the personal interview in an offline mode. IIM CAP selection criteria give specific weightage to the CAT 2025 score with 50%, PI of 25% and profile scores of another 25%. Upon selection, candidates are asked to submit an EOI of Rs. 20,000 and an admission offer acceptance fee of Rs. 80,000 to be deducted from the term I fee later. Candidates who are applying for MBA admission 2026-28 through the IIM CAP admission process are required to have fulfilled the IIM CAP eligibility criteria mentioned below.
The candidate must be a citizen of India.
Candidates must have completed a bachelor’s degree with at least 50% marks (45% marks in case of a reserved category candidate) from a recognized institution.

Here is the step-by-step IIM CAP 2026 admission process for the candidates who appeared in the CAT 2025 exam and are now looking to pursue an MBA program. Refer to the points below for more information.
Step 1: Candidates must have appeared in the CAT 2025 exam, furnish a valid score, and fill out the online registration form received via mail for the IIM CAP 2026 admission process.
Step 2: Candidates who clear the IIM CAP 2026 cut-off will be called for a personal interview in an offline mode.
Step 3: The Institution will prepare the final merit list based on the IIM CAP 2026 CAT cutoff, personal interview performance, and profile score.

After the declaration of the final merit list, candidates will be asked to submit a fee of Rs. 20,000 as part of the expression of interest (EOI). Candidates who submit EOI will be given an admission offer based on the vacant seats and their merit. Candidates are required to accept the offer within the stipulated time limit by paying an admission offer acceptance fee of Rs. 80,000. Both EOI and the offer acceptance fee will be adjusted in the term I fee of the MBA program 2026.
Candidates who wish to withdraw their MBA admission at the IIM CAP institution must know the IIM CAP 2026 withdrawal policy. Check the points below for more details related to the IIM CAP withdrawal policy.
Candidates who wish to withdraw from the program within the withdrawal date specified by the Institution, then the whole EOI and offer acceptance fee will be refunded after deducting Rs. 1000 as processing fee.
If the candidate wishes to withdraw after the specified withdrawal period, then there will be no amount to be refunded by the institution.
