MICA Ahmedabad will not release MICAT cut off marks officially. After the declaration of MICAT results, the institute will release the shortlist for General Exercise (GE) and Personal Interview (PI) rounds. Candidates must secure minimum marks in the MICAT exam to attend the further rounds of MICA admission criteria to get PGDM and PGDM(C) course admission. MICAT I will be held on December 7, 2024. Candidates who appeared for the MICAT exam do not receive any sectional-wise or overall MICA cutoff from the institute. MICAT cut off marks are determined by the following parameters mentioned below:
Candidates need to secure 3.5 out of 5 in the general exercise and 4 out of 5 in the interview round to get into the MICAT merit list. The MICA Ahmedabad shortlist is prepared based on the composite score by taking 20% CAT/XAT/GMAT and 30% MICAT scores. Step 1. CAT/XAT/GMAT - Candidates have to pass and secure at least a particular minimum score in one of these three exams to be considered eligible for admission at MICA. While filling the MICAT application form, candidates will have to enter either their CAT or GMAT score or their XAT registration number in the form.
Step 2. MICA Admission Test (MICAT) - Here, candidates have to appear for the MICAT exam held by MICA Ahmedabad. The MICA admission test will be divided into the following sections:

The institute will release the MICAT final merit list 2025 online mode. Shortlisted candidates (who participate in GE and PI) who are mentioned in the final merit list have to be recommended by the majority of the PI panellists. GE and PI candidate list is prepared on the composite score formula of 20% CAT/XAT/GMAT and 30% MICAT scores.
CAT/XAT/GMAT are awarded 20% of the total weight when preparing the final list for admission to MICA.
Candidates need to score at least 3.5 in the Group exercise round and a minimum of 4 score in the personal interview in order to be considered for the final selection for admission.

On February 17, 2022, MICA, Ahmedabad, announced the MICAT 2022 result for phase 2 on mica.ac.in. Using their login credentials, candidates may check the MICAT 2022 phase 2 result. MICAT result 2022 has been emailed to applicants' registered email addresses, and students who took the entrance exam can now verify their qualifying status.

MICAT Syllabus - Psychometric Test
Basically, this is a personality test and this section is different from other management entrance examinations. It is mandatory for the candidates to attempt all the questions in this section. Some of the important aspects related to the test are explained below.
In this section, the questions are designed to assess the candidates’ behavior which includes thinking ability, personality, strengths and weaknesses etc. Questions are based on career goals, life goals, situational judgement. Candidates should answer the questions with honesty and open mind
