MICAT Eligibility Criteria 2018: The eligibility criteria of MICAT 2018 is stated by MICA Ahmedabad, the exam conducting body. As per the MICAT 2018 eligibility criteria, candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification in any discipline recognised by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU). The aspirants aiming to take MICAT should first appear in one of the national level MBA entrance exams like CAT, XAT or GMAT. Aspirants must check the MICAT eligibility criteria 2018 before applying for the exam. The application process for MICAT – I 2018 is expected to commence from the last week of September and will end in the fourth week of November. The registration process for MICAT – II 2018 is likely to be begin from the first week of January, 2018 and will end in the last week of January, 2018. Highlights of MICAT 2018 Eligibility Criteria
Aspirants should have a Bachelor’s degree (10 + 2 + 3) or an equivalent qualification in any discipline from a recognised university.
Candidates should have a valid scores of at least one of the entrance exams among CAT 2017, XAT 2018 and GMAT (2016 onwards).
A Foreign National (FN) student can also apply, if he/ she holds a foreign passport with valid GMAT scores (2016 onwards) of 600 or more.
An NRI students is eligible to apply with a valid GMAT score (2016 onwards).
Final year graduation students are also eligible to apply for MICAT 2018.
There is no age limit for applying MICAT.
Aspirants who demonstrate aptitude for expressing, assessing or conceiving ideas that move people to action and achieve business results tend to stand a better possibility of being shortlisted.
Aspirants eligible for MICAT 2018 should register for the exam and pay the requisite fee for a successful registration. While filling the application form for MICAT 2018, the eligible candidates will have to pay Rs.1965 (for all categories) as a registration fee.

MICAT 2018 exam pattern states that it is a computer based test of approximately 165 minutes duration carrying almost 140 descriptive and objective type questions from six sections. It is expected that MICAT 2018 will be conducted in around 27 cities all over India. MICAT – I 2018 admit card is expected to be released in the first week of December. The admit card for MICAT – II 2018 is likely to be available for download in the first week of February, 2018. Only registered candidates who have paid the application fee successfully will be able to download the admit card.
After the result of MICAT 2018 in March, candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of cutoff and conduct selection procedure of MICAT 2018. The selection rounds comprise of Group Exercise (GE) and Personal Interview (PI) rounds. Last year, as many as 3908 candidates appeared for the exam out of 4453 registered candidates.
