MICAT 2026 Syllabus: MICAT is MICA’s Entrance Examination, which is a computer-based test assessing creativity, analytical ability, and written communication. MICAT 2026 Syllabus consists of 3 main categories - Psychometric Test, Descriptive Test, and Aptitude Test. According to the MICAT 2026 Syllabus Exam Pattern, 224 questions are expected to be present in the MICAT 2026 and 135 minutes will be allotted to complete the whole examination. MICAT 2026 Syllabus: Sectional Overview

The MICAT syllabus 2026 revolves around the three main categories present in the MICAT exam. As you will see, the MICAT exam syllabus is quite different from other MBA entrance exams, due to its two unique sections. The MICAT 2026 syllabus is as follows:

MICAT 2026 Syllabus: Descriptive Test

This part of the MICAT 2026 syllabus evaluates the test taker’s ability to write creatively and critically. The MICAT 2 syllabus includes story writing (often based on a set of pictures) and articulating arguments for or against a subject. MICAT 2026 Syllabus: Aptitude Test

This section of the MICAT syllabus 2026 is further divided into four sections - General Knowledge, Quantitative Ability, Divergent and Convergent Thinking and Verbal Ability. Their description and area of knowledge that they assess are given below.

Divergent and Convergent Thinking: This section focuses on evaluating logical reasoning and understanding the information of the candidate. Topics include visual reasoning, sequence and series, data sufficiency, logical puzzles, and syllogisms.

Verbal Ability: The Verbal Ability section assesses an aspirant’s command of the English language. It covers reading comprehension, grammar, sentence correction, vocabulary, idioms, and jumbled paragraphs.

MICAT 2026 Negative Marking Scheme

There is no negative marking in Section A and Section B. However, in Section C, candidates will be awarded 1 mark for the correct responses, and 0.25 marks will be deducted for every wrong answer.

Understand the Exam Pattern: Properly study and analyse the exam pattern and tailor your preparation strategy to that.

On February 17, 2022, MICA, Ahmedabad, announced the MICAT 2022 result for phase 2 on mica.ac.in. Using their login credentials, candidates may check the MICAT 2022 phase 2 result. MICAT result 2022 has been emailed to applicants' registered email addresses, and students who took the entrance exam can now verify their qualifying status.

To check the result, follow the below mentioned steps:

Visit MICA Ahmedabad's main website at mica.ac.in.

Select "MICAT 1 Result" from the drop-down menu.

On the screen, a candidate login window will display.

Click the "Login" tab after entering the user ID and password.

Download the MICAT scorecard 2022 and check your qualifying status.
