Yes, you can get admission with 95 percentiles, as it usually requires 95-97 percentiles in the SNAP exam. This percentile translates to around 42-48 marks out of 60.
CAT 2025 cutoffs will vary by IIM and category, with top IIMs needing 98-99+ percentiles, while the new IIMs need 85-90 percentiles.
IIMs, which typically accept lower CAT cutoffs include newer IIMs with some exceptions. Moreover, this clause also depends on the candidate’s category. The lowest cutoff of an IIM can go as low as 30-85 percentile for reserved categories, while they are generally higher for general categories.
IIM Sambalpur is known to have the lowest fees for its MBA program, approximately Rs. 13.08 Lakhs, which was for the 2025-27 batch. While other newer IIMs, such as IIM Bodh Gaya and IIM Amritsar, also have low fees under Rs. 17 Lakhs.
Several IIMs have achieved 100% placements, including IIM Bangalore, IIM Calcutta, IIM Kozhikode and IIM Lucknow.
