IIM Indore 2026 admission policy is out!! IIM Indore 2026 selection criteria underwent one major change compared to the last year. As per the IIM Indore admission criteria 2026, this year more weightage will be given to CAT 2025 score for the IIM Indore PI shortlisting process 2026. For the IIM Indore PI-WAT round selection, IIM Indore CAT 2025 weightage will be 55%, academic weightage will be 35 % , IIM Indore work experience 3% and the diversity factor weightage of 7%. Based on the performance in the IIM Indore PI and WAT rounds 2026, composite scores will be determined for the final round. IIM Indore composite score 2026 for the final IIM Indore admission 2026 will be determined based on the CAT weightage 40%, IIM Indore PI score weightage - 45%, IIM Indore academic weightage 10%, and the diversity factor of 5%.
The minimum IIM Indore CAT cutoff 2025 is 90 for General and EWS category, IIM Indore CAT 2025 cutoff for SC is 60, while ST candidates need minimum CAT 2025 percentile of 45.According to the previous trends, expected IIM Indore CAT 2025 cutoff for final IIM Indore 2026 selection can be between 92-93 percentile for General and EWS , IIM Indore CAT 2025 cutoff for SC/ST between 49-69 percentile, while it is expected that NC-OBC candidates need a minimum of 80-82 percentile to get IIM Indore admission 2026.

IIM Indore Admission Criteria 2026: Key Changes to Note

In the NIRF MBA Ranking 2025 ,IIM Indore was ranked 8th and this year there have been several changes in the recently published IIM Indore admission policy 2026. According to the IIM Indore admission criteria 2026, here are the following changes that took place regarding IIM Selection 2026 -

  1. More Importance on CAT 2025 score : Instead of IIM CAT weightage of 35% ( VARC- 10, DILR, 10, QA- 15) for 2025-2027 , IIM Indore 2026 Selection will give more importance in CAT 2025 score- 55% ( VARC- 16, DILR- 16, QA- 23) for the IIM Indore PI Shortlisting 2026.

  2. Less Importance on Academics: Unlike last year where IIM Indore Class X weightage was 39% and IIM Indore Class XII weightage was 20%, IIM Indore academic weightage 2026 is 35% (X- 10% and XII- 25%) for IIM Indore PI Shortlisting 2026.

  3. IIM Indore Work Experience 2026 : Unlike last year where IIM Indore put 0 weightage on work experience , this year IIM Indore 2026 admission put 3% weightage on the work experience.

IIM Indore Admission Criteria 2026: Stage I

  • For the IIM Indore admission 2026 first stage only candidates clearing the minimum IIM Indore CAT 2025 cutoff are eligible to get an IIM Indore PI Shortlisting 2026.

  • Apart from the minimum IIM Indore CAT Cutoff 2025, applicants must have 60% marks in their bachelor's degree or a 50% score in the CA/CMA/CS qualifying examination.

With a projected CAT percentile of 87% but not clearing sectional cutoffs, your chances at top IIMs are limited because they require both overall percentile and sectional minimums. However, you still have a good shot at other reputed management institutes and non-IIM B-schools. Consider colleges like NMIMS, SPJIMR, IMT, TAPMI, Great Lakes, and other well-ranked private or state-level B-schools that accept CAT scores and weigh your profile holistically. Your academic record, BSc in Animation with 80%, and 5 years of work experience at Ubisoft India are strong points and may help in institutes that value work experience in their selection process. Also, explore institutes that accept XAT, MAT, or CMAT, where your profile can be competitive.

NIT Rourkela mba admission cat cutoff how much for general crg

NIT Rourkela CAT cutoff range is between 70-85 percentiles for the general category. 70 is the minimum percentile needed to apply, and 85 is the highest percentile. However, the maximum percentile depends on the particular year competition. It can be changed.

sir maine ugc net ka form ews me fill kiya hai but mera ews certificate nahi ban paya kya mai general ka ank lakr general cat..me ja sakta hi kya general se assi..profesor ka form fill kar sakta hu .ya mujhe avaidh ghosit kr diya jayega

If you filled the UGC NET form under EWS but you don’t have a valid EWS certificate, then forget using the EWS category. They won’t accept it. You’ll automatically be treated as General category during document verification.


And no, this won’t make your form “invalid” or “illegal.” It just means you won’t get the EWS benefit.


So yes — you can still go for General category posts and Professor recruitment. Just don’t try to submit a fake/invalid certificate; that will get you disqualified.

My CAT admit card has my surname first and then my First name as it was told to be put exactly in the same manner as it was in 10th/SSC marksheet. But my Government IDs have a different arrangement as they follow Firstname Surname... For verification will it be an issue??
