    Most aspirants start preparing for KMAT Karnataka a few weeks before the exam date. Hence, having a period of two months is quite normal and you will be able to clear the exam with good marks. As per the pattern of KMAT Karnataka, the test consists of 120 MCQs from Verbal Ability & Reading Comprehension, Quantitative Ability, and Logical Reasoning. Now, as per the expected schedule, KMAT Karnataka 2026 session 1 is going to be conducted in the first week of September 2026. Therefore, you will get around eight weeks time to cover your syllabus. Till now, the exam date is not announced by KPPGCA.

    When Should You Start Taking KMAT Mock Tests?

    You should start taking sectional mock tests after completing 40–50% of the syllabus. Ideally, this should be around 6 to 8 weeks before the exam since by that time you must have easily completed 70 to 80% of the syllabus.
