XLRI shortlist 2025 will be released in online mode for PGDM admission. The XLRI PI shortlist and interview letter will be available on the official XLRI website, xlri.ac.in. Candidates will be able to check their XLRI shortlist status by entering their XAT ID and primary email ID. The shortlisted candidates who meet the XAT cutoff will receive the XLRI interview calls to attend the GD and personal interview online. Candidates are shortlisted for the XLRI MBA admission based on their previous academic performance, XAT score, performance in the group discussion and personal interview. XAT shortlisted candidates must fill out the application form and choose a slot to attend the XLRI interview process. The XLRI released a notification regarding the documents needed to attend the XLRI GD/ PI rounds. Candidates who received the XLRI calls 2025 must submit the documents to attend further selection rounds.

During the XLRI selection process, the institute announces the XLRI result in various rounds. In case any of the selected candidates opt out, their seat is then given to the next candidate. This change in the shortlisted candidates leads to XLRI waitlist. The institute will release the XLRI waitlist in the month of February or April based on the number of students.
Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field from an approved university. Those who meet the eligibility criteria can apply for the XLRI PGDM programmes.

No, a 10 percentile in XAT is not considered good at all; it is a very low score and would not be sufficient to get into any top-ranked MBA programs, as a generally considered "good" score in XAT is around 90 percentile or above.
You can get only management quota seats if you can afford it or take loan but at this low percentile you might not get good college to get ROI.
Try to give other b schools exam or prepare for next year to get good college so that you can get atleast good package.
