XLRI Shortlist 2025: PI, Interview Date, Calls, Result, Admission Status, Waitlist

XLRI shortlist 2025 will be released in online mode for PGDM admission. The XLRI PI shortlist and interview letter will be available on the official XLRI website - xlri.ac.in. Candidates will be able to check their XLRI shortlist status by entering their XAT ID and primary email id. The shortlisted candidates who meet the XAT cutoff will receive the XLRI interview calls to attend the GD and personal interview online mode. XLRI Shortlist Criteria 2025
Candidates are shortlisted for the XLRI MBA admission based on their previous academic performance, XAT score, performance in the group discussion and personal interview. XAT shortlisted candidates must fill out the application form and choose a slot to attend the XLRI interview process. The XLRI released a notification regarding the documents needed to attend the XLRI GD / PI rounds. Candidates who received the XLRI calls 2025 must submit the documents to attend further selection rounds.
Documents required for the XLRI shortlist process:
- XAT/GMAT score card
- Proof of work experience
- Birth certificate
- Medical fitness certificate
- Other academic certificates
XAT Cutoff 2025
XLRI Jamshedpur will release the official XAT 2025 cutoff. The XLRI shortlist 2025 will be prepared based on the XLRI shortlist cutoff for BM and HRM programmes given below.

How to check the XLRI shortlist status 2025?
Candidates who attended the XAT 2025 entrance exam can check their XLRI shortlist status by following the steps mentioned below.
- Candidates can visit the Xavier School of Management website
- Click on the XLRI shortlist status 2025.
- Click on XLRI PI shortlist for PGDM programmes for batch 2025-27.
- By entering the XAT registration ID and password, candidates can login to the page.
- Candidates can take a printout of the XLRI shortlist pdf for future reference.

XLRI Waitlist Movement 2025
During the XLRI selection process, the institute announces the XLRI result in various rounds. In case any of the selected candidates opt out, their seat is then given to the next candidate. This change in the shortlisted candidates leads to XLRI waitlist. The institute will release the XLRI waitlist in the month of February or April based on the number of students.
XLRI selection criteria 2025
Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field from an approved university. Those who meet the eligibility criteria can apply for the XLRI PGDM programmes.
XLRI selection process for 2025-27 Batch
XLRI shortlisting criteria includes the following process-
- Taking the XAT entrance exam 2025.
- Shortlisting of candidates based on XAT cutoff, academic record and XLRI application.
- Shortlisted candidates attend the interview as per the XLRI interview schedule.
- XLRI result 2025 will be announced based on interview performance.

The XLRI course fee for the academic year 2025-27 will be released soon on the official website. As per the previous year's fees, the XLRI fees for various XLRI courses can be expected as follows:

XLRI Placement and Salary Package (Previous year)
The XLRI placement cell will release the final placement report on the official website. According to the XLRI final placement report, around 43.8% of students got pre-placement offers from various organisations, and 30+ new recruiters attended the campus placements recently.

Seeing your marks, it is evident you are good in academics. Thus, you can get into a good MBA college but mind you, it won't be easy because there are thousands of students who are as good as you, if not better. MBA colleges do not choose candidates solely based on academic performance, although it has a big weightage in their selection process. They test your presence of mind, intellect, and communication skills through Group Discussions and Interviews.
The safest way to get into a good MBA college is to score 96-97+ percentile and do really well in GD and PI. Top MBA colleges in India are IIMs, XISS (Ranchi), TISS, Delhi School of Business, and Symbiosis.

Do your research about these colleges as to what is their average package, the roles offered.
