How to Fill XAT 2025 Application Form - Check Process, How to Apply

XAT 2025 registration process is underway. Candidates can fill out the XAT application form by December 10, 2024. Eligible candidates can fill out the XAT 2025 application form on the official XLRI Jamshedpur website, xatonline.in. Candidates, before filling out the XAT 2025 registration form, should fulfill the eligibility criteria. The XAT 2025 application form correction window opened on December 7, 2024, and will be closed on December 8, 2024, by 11.59 pm. Candidates who submitted the XAT form 2025 can't edit email ID, mobile number, XAT test city and XLRI programme preference. XAT 2025 Application Form
Candidates willing to apply for XAT 2025 can pay the XAT registration fee of Rs. 2200 (the XAT exam fee for all categories: general, SC, ST, PWD, OBC, etc.). Those who are interested in XLRI programmes will have to pay an additional fee of Rs. 200. Before filling out the XAT 2025 application form, candidates should verify the XAT eligibility criteria. The XAT exam is to be held on January 5, 2025.

Xavier Aptitude Test (XAT) is the entrance examination for admission to MBA/ PGDM programs in XLRI and other top B-schools. Filling out the application form for XAT 2025 can be done in a few simple steps. Before filling out the XAT application form candidates will have to register to generate the XAT login credentials.

XAT Application Form 2025: Eligibility Criteria
Applicants for XAT 2025 must have completed a bachelor's degree from an accredited board. Those who are in the final year of their graduation are also eligible to apply for XAT 2025 as per the XAT eligibility criteria.

How to fill up XAT 2025 Application Form—XAT Form Filling Guidelines
Candidates should follow the steps given below to know the XLRI XAT exam form fill-up process;
Step 1: Go to the official website of XLRI Jamshedpur.
Candidates should register for XAT 2025 by visiting the official website of XLRI Jamshedpur.
Step 2: Now find and click on the new candidate login.
Before filling out the XAT 2025 application form, one must create a user ID and password. One must enter the following details to generate such credentials.
- Candidate Name
- Email address
- Mobile number
- Set Password
- Select State
- Select city
- Enter captcha code

Step 3: Now click on the “Login” tab.
After completing the above steps, the candidates will receive the XAT ID and password on their registered mobile number and email ID. If a candidate wants to complete the application form later, they can do so using the XAT login credentials they have created.
Those who have decided to fill out the XAT 2025 Application Form can now click on the ‘Login’ provided at the top right of the screen.

If a candidate wants to enter their postgraduate details, they can do so. Both options are offered for the postgraduate degree, which is active or completed, and fill in the details accordingly.
(vii) Other professional degree details
In this category, candidates can indicate if they have done professional courses like CA/ CS/ ICWA without a bachelor's degree.
After filling in all the above details click on the ‘Save and Continue’ button.
Step 5: Enter work experience details (if any)
Candidates should now enter their work experience details (which is not mandatory) if they have anything to enter. If a person has any work experience, he/she can enter the details as suggested.
- Candidates must enter their work experience by March 31, 2025.
- Candidates must be a full-time employee
- Candidates must be doing their full-time job after graduation
- Apart from a full-time job, no other experience will be entertained.
After filling in all such details, click on the “Save and Continue” button.
Step 6: Fill in the programme details
Now the candidates have to enter the program details they want to choose. Candidates can choose from the following courses:
- Human Resource Management
- Business Management
- Fellow Programme in management
- General Management Programme (Minimum 56 months of work experience is compulsory to pursue this programme)
After selecting the program, the XAT 2025 application form will ask you to fill in the first option on campus for each program.
After entering all the details, one has to enter the test-city options where the candidates are comfortable with the exam. Since last year, candidates have been able to select two cities of their choice. After XAT 2025 registration, candidates will be assigned to the nearest test cities in the preferred city.

- Head and shoulders should be visible in the photograph
- Passport-size photograph should not be older than 6 months
- Photographs and signatures must be uploaded in the prescribed size and format

Step 7: Pay the XAT form fees
- This is the last step in the XAT exam application process where candidates must verify all details before processing to the fee gateway.

- After verifying the details, the candidates should choose the payment gateway from:
- BillDesk
- PayU
- Enter captcha code
- Read the declaration carefully and click on the “I Agree” tab
- Now click on the “Submit” button
- Now candidates will be redirected to the XAT payment page, One can use any one of the following methods to make a payment
- Debit card
- Credit card
- Paytm
- Net Banking
- Other wallets
Step 8: Download payment receipt
After paying for the application, the computer screen will display the details of the candidate. Applicants can download the XAT 2025 application details available in PDF format. After that, the candidates will also receive the confirmation text in their registered mobile number and email.

1. How do I know that my XAT application is registered?
Successful XAT registration is indicated by the page displayed after clicking the register button indicating that a verification email has been sent to your registered Email ID.
2. I have forgotten my XAT password could you help?
Navigate to the official website, click on "Login" and then the "Forgot Password" tab, and follow the steps to change password.
3. What is XAT 2025 registration last date?
XAT application form 2025 last date will be December 10, 2024.
4. How do I re-confirm that my application is saved?
In case of doubt about successfully XAT registration, candidates are advised to visit the page for login and take a print of the application.
5. I am in final year of graduation, am I eligible for XAT?
Yes, those candidates who are pursuing their final year of graduation are also eligible. At the time of admission, they need to produce the original certificate.
6. Does the work experience before graduation is counted?
No, only the work experience post graduation is counted.
7. Do we need to apply for XLRI separately?
Candidates planning to join XLRI Jamshedpur need not fill separate form. XAT Application Form 2025 includes a field where candidates have to select the XLRI course in which they want to take admission.
8. What is XLRI programmes in XAT form?
XLRI conducts the Online Xavier Aptitude Test in January every year. An online exam is conducted in 100+ cities across India. A candidate can apply for multiple programs. Applicants to more than one program may be invited to multiple interviews and/or group discussions.
