XAT Exam Centres 2019 – Xavier Aptitude Test or XAT is a national-level management entrance test conducted by XLRI Jamshedpur. The exam centres of XAT 2019 will be located all over India. Like the previous year, it’s expected that the exam will be conducted in around 47 cities of India and two international cities including Dubai and Kathmandu. The exact number of XAT 2019 exam centres will be announced by XLRI Jamshedpur, the conducting body of the exam, along with the XAT 2019 notification in the second week of August. Candidates will have to select one city of their preference while filling the application form of XAT 2019. However, XLRI Jamshedpur will allot the final exam centre to each candidate. XLRI conducts the XAT exam in the first week of January every year. How to select XAT 2019 Exam Centre?
First, candidates would need to visit the official website of XAT 2019.
Now, Register for XAT 2019 (registration will begin in the second week of August)
After registration, candidates will get XAT ID and password
Now, Login through the XAT ID and password
Select one city of preference in India or abroad (among Dubai and Kathmandu)
Complete the XAT 2019 application form and pay the application fee
Candidates are advised to select the XAT 2019 exam centres carefully as they will not be allowed to change the exam centre once the application fee is paid.
Candidates will get to know about their allotted exam centre through XAT 2019 admit card, which will be released in the fourth week of December 2018. The same can be downloaded from the official website as soon as it’s available. The XAT 2019 registration will begin in the second week of August to continue until the last week of November.
XLRI will conduct the exam in the first week of January 2019 and the result of XAT 2019 is likely to be declared in the fourth week of January. Approximately 90,000 candidates appear for XAT every year for admission to more than 150 B-schools in India.
