Questions related to CAT
If I have to do an MBA in 2023 , when should I be writing CAT ??
There are 3 section in CAT exam -
- Verbal ability and reading comprehension
- Data interpretation and logical reasoning
- Quantitative ability
As per the syllabus you need to prepare well for the exam with 7-8 hours of study plan on daily basis.
All the best!
Do CAT and CMAT syllabus same is there any difference in syllabus
Dear aspirant!!
Hope you are doing well !
Sections in CMAT have an identical syllabus to CAT with an easy to moderate difficulty level as compared to CAT. Thus, do not focus on the CMAT syllabus except for General Awareness. For the Quantitative Ability section, focus on knowing the concepts rather than learning the formulae...Those who are preparing for other MBA entrance exams such as CAT, XAT or SNAP, three months is enough to prepare for CMAT . But those who are aiming to appear only in CMAT exam, must begin their preparation at least three months before the exam.
Hope it helps you !!
Thanking you !

Hello,
The candidate must have earned a minimum of 50% on their graduation exam to be eligible for the CAT. Additionally, candidates from the reserved category will receive a 5% relaxation in the required marks.
- Candidates who are in their final year of high school are also permitted to register for CAT 2022. Additionally, there is no upper age limit for taking the exam.
- Additionally, applicants that fall within the reserved group can benefit from the reservation policy (Required 45%) when completing the online application.
So, if you are from any reserved category then you can apply with your 47% graduation. And if you are from general category then try to get 50% in your master degree after that you can apply for CAT.
Hope this will clear you.
Thank You
