MAH CET Participating Institutes 2019 - The obtained scores of the online MAH CET will be accepted by more than 400 participating institutes of MAH CET 2019 across Maharashtra state. The state-level management entrance exam MAH CET, also known as Maharashtra Common Entrance Test is conducted to enrol management students in institutes and colleges that offer MBA, MMS, PGDM in Maharashtra. DTE (Directorate of Technical Education), Maharashtra is conducting MAH CET 2019 on March 9 and 10 in online mode. MAH CET was successfully conducted on March 9 and 10, 2019. The MAH CET 2019 result was declared on March 30, 2019. The MAH CET 2019 participating institutes include both public as well as private B-schools of the state, which offers MBA/ MMS/ PGDM/ PGDBM programmes. The public B-schools are affiliated to the University of Maharashtra and private B-schools are mostly approved by the AICTE. Each of the above mentioned MAH CET 2019 participating institutes will decide their respective MAH CET cutoff scores on the basis of which they would conduct the selection procedure for the final admissions. The selection procedure/ MAH CET Counselling 2019 process includes the Centralised Admission Process (CAP) which means counselling procedure for all the shortlisted aspirants. Students are shortlisted on the basis of the MAH CET 2019 Cutoff score and are then called for the CAP rounds to avail the final admissions in their preferred MAH CET 2019 participating institute.

The CAP rounds or the MAH CET selection process will commence after the announcement of the MAH CET result 2019 which has been released on March 30, 2019. The final merit list for CAP round 1 was announced on July 13. The first provisional merit list for CAP round 1 was declared on July 10, 2019. Although the number of seats varies in each MAH CET participating institutes 2019, the total number of seats is approximately 44,000. Last year, a record number of nearly 1.06 lakh students had applied for upcoming Maharashtra-common entrance test (MAH CET) for Master of Business Administration (MBA) and Master of Management Studies (MMS) programmes.

If we get good rank in CAT and if we are unable to get good rank in MAH CET then can we get admission in JBIMS on basis of CAT score ?

Dear Aarti, JBIMS accepts CAT and MAH CET scores as well. So you can secure admission based on either of the scores. The application form for JBIMS will be available on DTE Maharashtra official website. You need to submit your application before the due date. hello I am a distance learning student from Mumbai university can I participate in mah-cet will there be any kind of problem because the results of distance learning exams usually come late as compared to the regular exams.

hey,

you will be eligible if your results comes out before the admission process of 2019-2020. however some colleges of mba may not accept distance learning bachelor courses. you can check the colleges website for further information.

Eligibility criteria for MAH CET MBA is candidate should have passed graduation in any discipline from a recognized university with minimum 50% aggregate while there's relaxation provided in case of reserved categories, they need merely 45%.As you stated you belong to reserved category, you need 45% aggregate in graduation to be eligible for MAH CET MBA.

yes you may apply for Maharastra CET exam. The basic eligibility criteria is Candidates must have a bachelors’ degree in any discipline from any recognized university with a minimum of 50% marks, and at least 45% in case of sc/ st candidates .  Final year students can also apply. This exam is admission to MBA courses in different institutes.
