MAH CET Participating InstitutesMAH CET Participating Institutes 2018 - The scores of the online MAH CET is accepted by more than 400 participating institutes of MAH CET 2018 across Maharashtra. The state-level management entrance exam MAH CET (Maharashtra Common Entrance Test) 2018 is conducted to enroll management students in institutes and colleges that offer MBA, MMS, PGDM in Maharashtra. Directorate of Technical Education (DTE), Maharashtra had successfully conducted MAH CET 2018 on March 10 and 11, 2018. The exam was conducted in online mode in two slots each day. The MAH CET 2018 results will be declared on March 19, 2018. The MAH CET 2018 participating institutes include both public as well as private B-schools of the state, which offers MBA/ MMS/ PGDM/ PGDBM programmes. The public B-schools are affiliated to the University of Maharashtra and private B-schools are mostly approved by the AICTE. MAH CET Participating Institutes

Each of the above mentioned MAH CET 2018 participating institutes will have their respective MAH CET cutoff on the basis of which they conduct the selection procedure for the final admissions. The selection procedure/ MAH CET 2018 Counselling process includes Centralised Admission Process (CAP) which means counselling for all the shortlisted students. Students are shortlisted on the basis of the MAH CET 2018 Cutoff score and are then called for the CAP rounds to avail the final admissions in their preferred MAH CET 2018 participating institute.

The CAP rounds or the MAH CET selection process will commence after the declaration of the MAH CET 2018 result on March 19, 2018. The CAP rounds will be held from May 2018 and continue until June 2018. Although the number of seats varies in each MAH CET participating institutes 2018, the total number of seats is approximately 44,000. In 2017, around 90,000 candidates appeared for the MAH CET test. A record number of nearly 1.06 lakh students have applied for the for the upcoming Maharashtra-common entrance test (MAH CET) for Master of Business Administration (MBA) and Master of Management Studies (MMS) courses this year.

Do preference list of Maharashtra(MH CET) for BA LLB really matters while selecting colleges? What if I want to get into higher ranking clg?

I had submitted my preference list for MH CET and if anyhow I'll be getting good colleges(rank wise) other than my preference list, than is there any problem while getting good ranking colleges?
