XAT 2015 Application Procedure: XAT 2015 Application Form is available from August 12, 2014. Candidates will have to fill up the online application form and make payment via Cash, Net Banking, Demand Draft, Credit Card or Debit Card. The applicants have to upload passport size color photograph along with signature not exceeding 50 KB. The application deadline for XAT 2015 exam has been extended to December 8.

XAT 2015 Application Fee: The  application fee for XAT 2015 is Rs. 1000 for all candidates.


XAT 2015 Admit Card: XAT 2015 Admit Card is available to download from December 18 to 31, 2014 from the official website. Candidates who have applied for the exam can visit the official website, fill in their registration number and download the admit card for XAT 2015 which will have the exam center, reporting time, candidates personal details and other information related to the exam. 


XAT 2015 Exam Pattern: The 3-hour duration XAT 2015 is a paper-pencil based test, comprising 2 papers.

Paper 1, the objective, multiple choice question type, contains 3 sections – Quantitative Ability, English Language & Logical Reasoning, Decision Making – with duration of 2 hours 20 minutes.


Paper 2, partly subjective and partly objective type, comprises 2 sections – General Knowledge and Essay Writing. The General Awareness section will have 30 questions. The duration for this paper will be 40 minutes.


XAT 2015 Selection Procedure: XLRI and other participating institutes will shortlist the XAT takers on the basis of their XAT 2015 scores and the B-School cut off marks. In final selection process, the shortlisted candidates will be appearing for the GD, PI and other rounds conducted by the B-schools.

Hi rohhan

Xat is a national level entrance exam. Through xat you can get admission in best business schools of india like xlri jamshedpur, xmb bhubneshwar and ximb banglore.

You can sum up the marks of all the 6 subjects and than you can find out the percentage or the cgpa whatever the case may be and then you can add the information in the form.


Do we need to fill the college forms before appearing for XAT exam? Also if we missed to fill the college form, we can not apply for any college?

Dear Aspirant,

While filling the form candidates will be required to enter their program details which they would like to opt for. Aspirants can choose from the following courses:

  • Business Management

  • Human Resource Management

  • General Management Programme (A minimum of 56 months of work experience is compulsory as on March 31,2020)

  • Fellow Programme in Management

As the candidate will select the programme, the form will ask to fill the first preference of campus for each programme.

So you have to fill the college preference before hand, however there are many other colleges accepting XAT score for whom you do not have to fill the separate forms.

For admission in LIBA 2020, what is the admission process after appearing cat/xat?

Candidates are short-listed for Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview (PI) from among the eligible candidates who have a valid entrance exam score and have applied to the programme of LIBA. The GD-PI process will be conducted at Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Mumbai, New Delhi, Kolkata and Chennai After the GD-PI round, admission offers are made by LIBA to successful candidates. The final selection is based on a diverse set of attributes which includes performance in entrance exam, performance in PI round, academics, Quality of Work Experience among others.

Last date to apply for admission in LIBA is to close on January 10, 2020. To explore admission opportunity in LIBA, Chennai, the candidates need to apply for admission by using and filling up the online application form. LIBA will accept CAT 2019 and XAT 2020 scores, so you can apply with the CAT scores and also XAT scores. Better of the two scores will be considered. The Application fee for admission to PGDM 2020 at LIBA is Rs.1500/- as was last year.

The number of students that can be admitted to the PGDM 2020-22 batch is 180 at LIB the Total Programme fees payable by PGDM students at LIBA is Rs. 15,26,300 last year.t he Fee includes Admission Fee, Tuition Fee, Library Fee, Computer Fee, Alumni Membership Fee, Insurance, Fee for foundation courses, Alumni


For admission in tapmi 2020 , what is the admission process after appearing cat/xat exam?

  1. TAPMI eligibility criteria require that the candidate must hold a bachelor's degree of minimum 3 years duration, with at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA
  2. TAPMI uses CAT/XAT/GMAT scores for shortlisting the candidates for Post-graduate Programmes in Management. Accordingly, the candidate should be registered for CAT 2019/XAT 2020 or Taken GMAT and must score well to become eligible for admission.
  3. If the candidate is awarded grades/CGPA instead of marks, the equivalence to determine PGDM admission eligibility would be based on the equivalence certified by the institution/university from where the bachelor's degree is obtained. In case the institution/university does not have any scheme for converting the CGPA into equivalent marks, the equivalence would be established by TAPMI by dividing the obtained CGPA by the maximum possible CGPA and multiplying the resultant by 100 to confirm the Admission eligibility of the candidate.
  4. A candidate appearing for the final year bachelor's degree/equivalent qualification examination and those who have completed the degree requirements and are awaiting results is also eligible to apply for TAPMI Admission 2020.
  5. It is mandatory for a final year student, who is provisionally considered eligible by TAPMI and offered admission, to submit the mark-sheet and degree certificate of the final year bachelor's degree examination latest by the stipulated date as announced by TAPMI
