Candidates belonging to Maharashtra state can obtain the Maharashtra state domicile certificate by visiting the official portal at aaplesarkar.mahaonline.gov.in or visiting the local tehsildar office.

The validity of the domicile certificate is generally lifetime, once made. It requires a nominal application fee of Rs. 50 and takes around 7-15 days to make.

The gap certificate is an affidavit prepared by the local advocate to justify the gap years between the last educational qualification and MBA admission. Candidates need to visit the local advocate to obtain the gap certificate with the relevant documents.
MBA aspirants need a last education certificate, a recent passport-size photograph, a college leaving certificate, address proof, and a government-issued ID proof.
Moreover, it requires stamp paper and notary charges of around Rs. 100-500, and once made, it is permanent in nature.
Candidates need an Aadhar card, a Ration card, address proof, a passport-size photo, and a self-declaration to make the income certificate.
It requires a total cost of Rs. 100 to make the income certificate from the Maharashtra government portal, and it takes 7-21 working days to make the certificate.
The income certificate issued by the competent authority is generally valid for the financial year in which it was issued.
The candidates belonging to the PWD category are required to furnish the same documents as other candidates, in addition to the MBA CET CAP documents mentioned in the points below, after clearing the MAH CET 2026 cutoff.
