Sir, I have scored 90.71 in snap 2020-21. Can I expect call for SIBM Bangalore and SIIB Puna?
Dear aspirant,
As you have got 90.71 in snap 2020-21 there is less chance to get a call from siib pune as the cut off percentile to get a call is atleast 92+ and coming to siib Bangalore ,you can definitely hope for a call from this college as you are on the safer side as it's required cut off is generally 88+.
If you have more doubts , then you can comment in the comment box.
if I got top rank in snap then I can study free or I have to pay some money
Hello aspirant!
I do hope you get top rank in SNAP so that you can have your pick of colleges. As a student of SIBM Pune, i can tell you the scenario here. In the admission process, the SNAP percentile of a candidate contributes 50% and the other 50% is contributed by the GEPIWAT process on the admission day. If you score a very good percentile and also ace the GEPIWAT process on the admission day, there are chances that you might be a top scorer in the process. The top scorers are awarded 5 lakh scholarship or concession in fees to be paid to the institute. Around 15-25 students get this concession. This is something you can aim for if you are looking for a scholarship.
All the best!
I have 2 Bachelors degrees. If I want to apply for XAT,NMAT,SNAP and other MBA entrance exams, which degree should I mention as there is a provision to mention just 1 Bachelors degree.
I hope my answer helps. All the very best for your future endeavors!
I dont think SNAP Answer Key is going to be released since 3rd week has already passed and there are no updates regarding answer key
SNAP will probably not release answer keys this year since the exam has taken place on 3 different dates. However the result is expected to ne announced on 22nd January. There are several sources online which release the answer key based on memory-based papers. Even though those cannot be relied upon fully but it will give you an idea of your score. The wait is not long and you will get to know soon anyway
All the best!
What sould be the target percentile for SIBM Pune (SC Catogery)
Even though percentile is a variable thing which can change subject to a variety of factors out there, but it is safe to play with an assumption and an idea of what you can expect.
As per sources online, the cut-off for SC category for SIBM lies around 65 percentile. Please note that this might change from year to year at the discretion of the college. But this should be a safe ballpark figure to base your assumptions on.
SIBM Pune is surely a good college to aspire to for any category. It has an illustrious legacy of 43 years which means a huge alumni base. SIBM pass-outs occupy CXO level positions in various organizations and motivate us each day with their amazing career trajectories.
The best thing here is that apart from academics, we also get to learn from other sources like competitions, council events and much more. Students emerge from this college with a confidence that defies expectations. We are grilled into true professionals in the 2-year period.
I would say that all specializations are equally good in the college and one should thoroughly analyze one's interests and go for what you find interesting.
