IIM Nagpur Shortlist 2025 for MBA admission will be released in the first week of January 2025. IIM CAP results can be expected in online mode in the second week of May 2025. The last date for submission of IIM CAP application forms by shortlisted candidates is probably by the last week of January 2025. The personal interview round is conducted from February 12 to March 2, 2025, for candidates mentioned in the IIM Nagpur PI shortlist 2025. The candidates will be shortlisted for the IIM Nagpur PI round based on a single criterion of scores in the top MBA entrance exam, CAT 2024. Along with meeting the minimum CAT cutoff percentile, the shortlisted candidates must fill out the CAP 2025 application form as well. Candidates who are listed in the IIM Nagpur PI shortlist 2025 will receive an email/communication from the CAP coordinating IIM. To check the IIM Nagpur shortlist status 2025, candidates must keep track of all their emails and regularly check their spam emails as well.
Only those candidates who appeared for the CAT exam and met the minimum CAT 2024 percentile will be listed in the IIM Nagpur shortlist. Check out the minimum IIM Nagpur CAT percentile given below in the table:

The final IIM Nagpur shortlist will be released in May 2025, offering admission to the selected candidates. If any candidate decides to opt out, their vacant seat will be offered to waitlisted candidates for admission to IIM Nagpur. This is called the IIM Nagpur waitlist movement. The seat is offered to the waitlisted candidate based on their merit and seat availability.
IIM Nagpur follows a three-stage selection process. MBA aspirants must meet IIM Nagpur selection criteria for admission into this institute. The IIM Nagpur selection process includes the following stages:
Stage 1 (IIM Nagpur PI shortlist): Shortlisting of candidates based on CAT 2024 scores and asking them to fill out the CAP application form through email.
Stage 2 (PI Round): A personal interview will be conducted for eligible candidates who filled out the CAP application form.
Stage 3 (final admission): The final IIM Nagpur merit list will be prepared based on CAT scores, performance in PI round, work experience, gender diversity, and past academic performance of the candidate.

The authorities will release the IIM Nagpur fee structure 2025-2027 on its official website. Candidates can visit their website and check the fees, IIM Nagpur scholarships, and financial aid provided by them.
The total IIM Nagpur fee 2025-27 for the MBA programme can be Rs. 18,90,000 excluding a refundable caution deposit of Rs 50,000 as per the previous year's IIM Napur course fee.
IIM Nagpur offers 2 types of scholarships to encourage meritorious students and students from economically weaker backgrounds to pursue their MBA programme.
IIM Nagpur Merit Scholarship—for candidates securing 95%ile or above in CAT.
IIM Nagpur Need-cum-Merit Scholarship—for candidates with family income less than Rs 5 lakhs
