The IIM Nagpur selection process for the MBA (2025-27) will be carried out in 3 stages. It will consider the student’s performance in CAT 2024, Past Academic Performance (PAP), Gender Diversity (GDI), Work Experience (WE), and performance in Personal Interview (PI). The details are mentioned below;

Final selection of candidates based on calculation of Final Scores (FS) by IIM Nagpur
After the completion of Personal Interview, the Final Score (FS) of the student will be calculated as follows:
FS = 0.45* (CAT Score) + 0.25* (PI Score) + 0.10 * (PAP Score) + 0.10 * (WE Score) + 0.10* (GDI Score)
The student’s CAT score, as mentioned below, will be used towards calculating the IIM Nagpur Final Score (FS).

Gender Diversity (GDI): Rating Score
Based on the candidate's gender (0 for male, 10 for female, and 10 for transgender) a gender differential score of 10 points is given.
