The main objective of releasing the CAT 2024 topper list is to show the success stories of those candidates who worked hard during their CAT preparation journey to help candidates crack the Common Admission Test (CAT) with ease and to secure a decent percentile in this national-level MBA entrance exam. Last year, the overall attendance was approximately 88%. 2.88 lakh candidates appeared for the exam out of 3.28 lakh registered eligible candidates and a similar number is expected this year as well in the CAT 2024 MBA entrance.

CAT Cutoffs and IIM Admission

IIM Admission criteria include three stages: screening of candidates on the basis of CAT score, WAT-GD/PI round, and final selection. In order to appear for the IIM admission process 2025-27, candidates will have to satisfy the individual CAT cutoff specified by the institute. Apart from that, the candidate’s work experience and past academic qualifications will also be considered for final selection.

CAT Beyond IIMs

All the non-IIM institutes will also use CAT 2024 scores this year for admission into their management programs. All the details pertaining to the non-IIM institution that is registered with CAT will be available on the official website of IIM CAT. Candidates are required to check the CAT website to ensure the institution’s candidates are applying with the CAT score and registered with the CAT 2024.

A score of 64 marks in CAT would likely fall around the 85th percentile depending on the difficulty of the exam and the overall performance of candidates in this year.


So,it is highly unlikely that you will receive a call from any of the IIMs as the required percentile for an IIM call is typically much higher, usually ranging from 90% and above, especially for top IIMs like Ahmedabad, Bangalore, and Calcutta.

They wanted to serve the orders as early as possible after the order was given. The individual items in any order were served as and when all the items were ready, and the order was then considered closed. None of the items on the menu were prepared in advance in anticipation of future orders. 

On the first day, 3 groups of customers came in and ordered at 6.00 pm, 6.10 pm, and 6.13 pm. The first order was for a plate of Egg Tortillas, two plates of French Toast, and three plates of Egg Bhurji with French Fries.
