The State CET Cell, Maharashtra, has released the MHT MBA CET 2025 round 4 CAP seat allotment result on September 1, 2025. Following this, all candidates can now check their results by visiting the official MBA CET website, mahacet.org.in. To check your results, you will need to enter your login credentials, such as your user ID and password. All MHT MBA CET CAP round 4 participants will be required to accept the seat allotment results by September 4, 2025. MAH CET 2025 provisional seat allotment (round 4) is the last CAP round, which has been conducted. No further allotment will be conducted post this.
Since this is the final round of CAP, this is the last chance for candidates to secure MBA/MMS seats through the centralised process.
With the MHT CET 2025 seat allotment result out, all candidates must accept the seat and pay the acceptance fee, latest by September 4, 2025 (up to 3 PM) via login.
In case the candidate wishes to cancel their seat allotment, they will be able to do so with a full fee refund allowed till September 14, 2025. All admissions will be completed by September 13, 2025.

The State Common Entrance Test Cell will announce the provisional seat allotment results soon via the official website. To access their results, all candidates must visit the website and locate the designated result link. MHT MBA CET 2025 provisional seat allotment results will not be available publicly. Therefore, all candidates will need to enter their roll number to view their individual scores.

The following are the steps through which all candidates will be able to download their MHT CET provisional seat allotment for round 4.
Step 1: Visit the official MAH MBA CAP Round 4 provisional seat allotment website, mahacet.org.
Step 2: After entering the website, you will need to look for the ‘Results’ or ‘Examination’ tab, which will be available on the homepage.
Step 3: Next, you will need to select your course and semester by clicking on the relevant link for your course.
Step 4: You will also be required to enter your roll number, registration number or any other required credentials to view your result.
Step 5: Once you have entered all your details, you must click on the ‘Submit’ button to view your result.
Make sure you download and take a printout of your marksheet and keep it safe for future reference.

Once the results are out and the candidate is allocated a seat. They will be required to take action on the seat allotment within the stipulated timeframe. In case the candidate fails to do so, it will lead to cancellation of the seat allotment. Following the release of the results, candidates will have the following options:
Freeze: Accept the allotted seat and don’t participate in further rounds.
Float: Accept the seat but also stay eligible for higher preference in the next round.
Slide: Accept the seat, but you can seek a better branch in the same institute in the next round.
In case you accept your seat allotment, candidates will be required to report to the allotted college with their allotment letter and the required documents by the last date. Candidates part of the MHT CET CAP round 4 will need to report to the institute between September 2 to 4, 2025.

Among these, PUMBA offers the best return on investment with a low fee structure and an average package of around 6–6.5 LPA. Other colleges typically offer packages in the 3.5–5.5 LPA range. With 91.16 percentile, you can target top-tier MBA colleges like PUMBA (Pune University), MET Mumbai, SIESCOMS Navi Mumbai, and NL Dalmia. Welingkar and K J Somaiya may be slightly out of reach but possible under lower cutoffs or spot round.
With 42 percentile in MAH MBA CET, it is very difficult to get admission in good or top MBA colleges through CAP rounds. Most of the well-known colleges in Maharashtra like JBIMS, SIMSREE, Welingkar, and PUMBA usually take students who score more than 90 or 99 percentile. Even average colleges ask for at least 60 to 70 percentile.
With 42 percentile, you may get a seat in a very low-tier or less popular private college, but the chances are low in government or semi-government colleges.
